I just watched a Youtube video on how essential oils can help with some mood disorders.

Does anybody here know more about this?

I've been using MSM for sixteen years with great results and the same speaker who recommended MSM also did mention essential oils.

I wonder how many people suffering from anxiety would be helped if given B complex vitamins plus C?

    Very good info thanks.

There's been research done on dirt and the bacteria in it that found a type of bacteria that also helps with anxiety and depression. Apparently this bacteria mimics the chemical changes caused by Prozac. I always just kind of figured I felt better after digging in the garden because I was doing something I enjoyed.

From what I have read another low cost nutritional remedy for stress is MSM.

I've been taking the Walmart version of it since close to eighteen years and I have had great results in so many ways.
