If necessary, yes. Let me clarify that I don't assume a very undeveloped fetus has a conscious. For instance, within the first few days of sexual intercourse is there a living being in the womb? I would say no. I believe that there are consequences for our actions. If a woman chooses to have unprotected sex then several weeks later finds out she is pregnant, she should not have the option of destroying the child in the womb. I know there would be back alley abortion clinics, but I can not say that I am willing to allow death to the child without consequences. This would be against what I believe is civil.
That's pretty much what I believe. I don't think the federal government should make any law about it for the same reason it shouldn't make any law against murder, it just isn't part of the federal government's jurisdiction. I guess I could argue along those lines, if you want. But look, I'm an anarchist. Wouldn't you rather defend something like the existence of government over against no government at all?
