Anyone genuinely interested in a book review?

Hi,

I would like to hear from members here who would be happy to take part in a book review.

This would involve you either buying the book in question, or borrowing it, perhaps from a local library.

I am hoping that three or four are interested, the idea being that we all buy the book, read it, then use it as a discussion point.

All involved would get their turn to choose a book for the group, all genres, that is the point, to maybe get a flavour of something that you would not ordinarily have picked up.

I already have the first title in mind, and I think it is one that would make for a good read and discussion.

If anyone is interested, and definitely would go get the book, read it, and discuss, please just leave your name here.

It would depend on what the book was called, who the author was, and what it was about (I'd have to be interested enough to read it) and it would also depend on whether my local library stocked it.

I'd join in. I don't care what book it is, or who wrote it.

 

Good.

Because that is more in keeping with the concept behind it.

If one more adopts that approach, we can go ahead with it.
