The trailers and publicity make it look like America's first Hentai Game, but is that real or just hoopla? Naturally, I've seen no reviews of it, though it is a well-known game.
There may be some nudity, I honestly don't remember, but there's no full nudity or sex either softcore or hardcore. There is lots of profanity and lots of sexual references, though. Also Lollipop Chainsaw isn't American made and even if it were a hentai it wouldn't be the first title localized for the English market. It was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture in Tokyo.
