Anyone who literally thinks Trump could become a dictator is a victim of Democratic brainwashing

Undereducation is the underlying problem.
Even the country from which America got its independence ended its dictatorship in 1215. The possibility of America turning into a dictatorship is zero.

To become a dictator an American president has to have these:

1. full support and loyalty of the military force. The US military is only loyal to the consitituion. The general staff of the army had to apologize for only taking a walk to a church together with Trump, because it was seen as politically biased.

2. full control of the media and press. It's not only impossible, but just reverse for Trump because the media was clearly prejudiced agaginst him. Nearly all the press slams him everyday. Actually I do believe this is dictatorial, but it's the dictatorship of the Dems. It's unfair and toxic to the political life of America. Because maitaining the difference voices is important.

 

Anyone who suggests Trump might not leave the White House if he loses the election should be chased down with a net. Why does the media give these morons any credibility?

 

I don’t think he could ever successfully become a dictator in the US. NOW, does he seemingly hold other dictators in high regard? Does he likely wish to become one? I think so.

 

How many votes will the Democrat have to win by before you accept that it wasn't a win by illegal voters and fraud?
5 million? 10 million?

If it's less than 10 million, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump will try and contest the results. He loves to take things to court.

 

1. Trump doesn't really hold those dictators in high regard. It's just his 'business skills'. Trump is not a professional politican. Nor is he as eloquent and sophisiticated as those professionals. Or we can say that he is not as hypocritical. In contrast the close realtionship between Biden and Xi is really concerning. When Xi visited America during Obama presidency, Biden accompanied him everyday as his counterpart. This was unprecedented in American deplomatic history. Now that Biden is the Democratic presidential candidate, his personal relationship with Xi could do America some real harm. Search Biden and son's business in China to know the details.

2. If unchecked, everybody tends to become something evil. Because we are sinners. For Trump, he is almost unfairly over-checked.

 

Progressives are into projection. Obama didn't want to leave the White House. He stacked the Government with progressive goons who worked full time against the Trump campaign, the transition and even engaged in treason to undermine the government.

 

Ah the president who means what he says and says what he means, until it’s not politically expedient. Then he was joking, or you just misunderstood, or he’s just talk like a politician. Trump has a well documented history of praising authoritarian rulers and regimes. Maybe it’s because he wants to be one. I guess it could also be because he has financial conflicts of interest involving a few as well.

Given Trump’s past actions including daily blatant daily lies and self serving actions, some of which have bordered in illegal, he deserves to be under the microscope where he currently finds himself.

 

Listening to the lies from Dems last night it’s obvious they are appealing to the low informed voters...the same people that believe he is defunding the Post Office...it’s sad

 

Trump has said he admired Xi and he had good chemistry with him. So what? He is the strongest president ever towards the communist regime.
What people do sounds louder than what they say.
Democrats are expert at deceiving their consituency.

Sure, actions speak louder than words, but when you’re the president your words speak pretty damn loud. Maybe he should stop praising dictators.

 

One other thing: Trump would have to want to be a dictator and there is no rational thinking that he does.

 

It is pretty obvious that you have not actually heard Trump speak about foreign leaders very much.
But kind of obvious that you have heard pundits talk about the topic.

The pundits were pretty quiet when Obama extolled the virtues of the Castro Regime' in Cuba.... And did that not qualify for your list of approved dictators?

Yeah, for all we know his praise of dictators have everything to do with his financial conflicts of interest instead of his love and adoration for them.

 

Your comment indicates a lack of or forgetfulness of diplomacy. But, what the hey, it is something bad sounding you can spout about Trump.

 

Not at all. I see Trump bash and alienate the US from our actual allies while singing the praises of dictators. Diplomacy is clearly not a motivating factor.

 

Which is why after Obama purged the military officer class, it was so likely that he'd gotten pretty close to achieving the democratic party elites' dream of an American Dictator.

Trump is a wanna be dictator, but while he can cause much damage, he would fail at that too

 

There’s addressing grievances and then there is abusing allies and blowing up relationships. Trump has approached our allies with all the tact of an atom bomb.
Inversely he approaches despotic leaders like a teen girl with a note asking if they like him.

 

Fake news. The Constitution strictly defines treason. Obama committed no treason. Neither has Trump. And many of the so-called "Deep State" are Trump's own appointees.
