because the guv said it was a plane. if it was or wasnt does it make a difference? There is money to be had here either way. What are they going to do? DISCOVERY???? I dont think so! She has the criminals at large between a rock and a very hard place. They are only too happy to settle just to keep it under wraps and the truth OUT OF THE RECORD. So she can play both sides of that coin and win, but cheney is a very big fish and I do not see her hauling him in.

 

Honestly,you can't see the hypocrisy of suing an airline in on suit for injuries recieved by their plane, and claing she saw no evidence of a plane in another?

She sued and received a settlement because SHE (not the "guv") alleged she and her son were harmed by the defendent's airplane.

It makes a HUGE difference.. Any credibility as a "no plane" witness goes out the window when she contradicts herself like that, and you can't assume ANY of her suits, including the latest one, are automatically based on facts when the set of facts she uses are mutually exclusive between them.

Exactly.. There's money to be had.. And that's what this is about.

You do get the occasional American who is completely sue-happy.. They'll sue for anything and everything.

April is one of them. These two are not her only ones, she's filed a total of FIVE different lawsuits.

And she changes the "facts" and her story to fit the current suit she's on..

That's why you can't take one particular story of hers as a testement to anything, other than her trying to frame the facts around her own current bid for money.

Most all of the surviving victims of the pentagon attack who received injuries didn't wind up sueing.. There was no need, as they got compensated by the victim assistance fund.. This wasn't good enough for April, because she is a lawsuit junky.

Even if her suit against Cheney had merit, this means the one against AA did not, but she shot herself in the foot, because any suit that alleges no airplane would be laughed out of court, no need for discovery, on account of previous contradictory suits she filed.

You can CLEARLY see how this whole case is problematic, her current suit and testimony is nothing you can hang your hat on.
