Both, Russia, the US with its allied forces are doing airstrikes in Syria. The fact that Both the US and Russia stand differently with their different strategies has complicated the situation. The end result is more and more innocents are dying in Syria. How can this kind of action where two superpowers are meeting but with different lies of attack resolve the war against terrorism in Syria though internationally both claim they are fighting with ISIS.
