The inability of the part of yourself to present an answer to a legitimate question has been noted.

Hypotheticals do not generate facts. In previous posts you identified as fact I and others would meekly comply when ‘they’ came to confiscate my firearms. Now you suggest there are three choices, moving the goal post. It is obvious you not only don’t know what constitute a fact, but are scrambling to morph your statement of ‘virtual fact’ to fit your hypothetical senario and projected outcome of your fantasy. Typical drivel.
The assumption that gun owners will just roll over if the Constitution is trashed to enable such a fantasy my have been exemplified by the Nazis and Jewish senario of the late 30’s, but there are other examples since where general compliance didn’t occur. As I said, the oppressive suspension of civil rights in the North of Ireland met with resistance of a large portion of the population that resulted in a conflict that lasted 30 years and the vestiges of it are still extant today.
On 9/11 those that complied died. Those that resisted also died but refused to go without a fight. Do you suspect that any hijacking today would meet with general compliance?
To effect a senario of massed forced confiscation firearms in this county would be seen as a total abandoning of Constitutionally protected rights which many would resist violently, not one by one, but once started would likely trigger rapid organization of a counter insurgency as has been demonstrated by reactions to Jade Helm and the Buddy Ranch standoff.

What group of politicians would really be stupid enough to pass and then attempt to enforce such confiscation on a mass scale? Particularly when some 130 million plus gun owners in the US have more guns than all the armies and police forces in world combined.
Those that engage in such a fantasy as forced gun confiscation are always the ones that expect someone else to make it happen.
BTW, Jade Helm never happened and the Feds backed down at the Buddy ranch; in the later case, no planes, awesome weapons or drones were deployed.
The Dems aren’t stupid, they know any declaration to carry out mass confiscation will result in unrecoverable catastrophy which is why their strategy is one of slow incrementalism and normalization of gun control legislation...something resisted by, and will continue to be resisted by the majority of the 130 million plus gun owners.
Fantasize away.Maybe you can make money on a digital fantasy game.

Nope. Didn't happen. Wrong incident. Nobody was killed at the ranch standoff.

That incident wasn't at the ranch in Clark County Nevada where the photo I posted was taken.

No it was not. But it was a bundy standoff. And yes a man was killed. The bundys went to jail for over a year costing tens of thousands in legal fees.

    Good times. Lol

A Parkland survivor tells her story and expresses her concerns about Brett Kavanaugh to the Senate.

"Gun violence disproportionately affects black and brown youth... I am very concerned since learning Brett Kavanaugh's views on guns and how he would strike down any assault weapons ban.... If Kavanaugh doesn't have the decency to shake hands with the father of a victim he definitely won't have the decency to make life changing decisions that affect real people."

A Supreme Court justice that is willing to prioritize human life when it comes to gun control matters is needed. Kavanaugh doesn't fit the bill.

If the Congress were allowed to do this, no dangerous object would be legal to own or operate.

    Noted, but otherwise irrelevant.

Also noteworthy is that firearm-related violence directed at minority individuals, is committed by fellow minority individuals, indicating they do not value the lives of themselves or others.

What is needed is a united state supreme court that is willing to prioritize not only the rule of law, but also the rule of the united states constitution as well. And the united states constitution does not mention anything relating to a right to not be shot.
