Government has no business legislating on this, other than health/hygiene standards for the modifiers.

 

Absolutely. Sanitation and licensing should be the only govt oversight on a bloody tattoo/piercing/mod place. Just boggles me the hypocrisy in some people.

Your statement would ring more true if you would label this typical of big government freaks rather than southern Republicans. Big government freaks exist on BOTH sides and only vary in what they want to control.

That is true. But the woman in the OP is a southern Republican, so I was pointing out the specific hypocrisy filling those ranks. They are not in the least for small government, despite claims to the contrary.

 

You know how them republicans are and their penchant for outlawing personal freedoms.

 

If you don't like it, don't do it. Let other people do what they want to do.
