I suspect that most of the people who think they are "asexual" are not strictly meet the definition of being asexual. But apparently there are some people, althought they probably compose less than 0.1% of the population. Sexuality is a complex thing. There is a romantic and a sexual side to sexuality. For some people, what they are attracted to romantically not necessarily the same thing as they are attracted to sexually, although there is usually much overlap. For example, one white supremacist member in another forum posted that if white women did not exist, he would probably be much closer and more intimate with his white friends, and just have casual "encounters" with non-white women to satisfy his sexual needs (he also mentioned putting a paper bag over their heads, I think this detail is revealing ).
They should make it a dx if they haven't done so all ready. that way, the medical industry can profit off it.
