Following a lawsuit filed by Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, a federal judge has blocked parts of President Biden’s immigration policy that drastically tied the hands of immigration officers and coincided with a drastic decrease in the number of deportations. The nationwide preliminary injunction issued yesterday requires the Department of Homeland Security to resume deporting dangerous convicted criminals and those whom federal immigration courts have already ordered removal from the United States. “This is a great victory for the rule of law, border security, and public safety across the country. We had a mild winter down here near the border which means a lot of potential illegals (known to liberals as brown people with some of them being women) did not freeze solid when they got stuck in the desert. Still more POC bake to death in the summer when coyotes abandon them. Untold numbers of brown women and children either die or are raped on their way here by the people we’re told lower our crime rate. We can save countless brown lives by discouraging them to risk their lives coming here. There’s a saying among the left that goes ‘if it saves just one life.’ We used to hear that a lot but now they don’t say it very much, probably because it’s their people who do most of the killing.

Deportation should be easy. Asylum should be hard. But thanks to pro-invader leftists the exact opposite is true. No background documents, no education, no skills, COVID positive, covered in gang tats? Come on in! This way to the welfare office, located next to the polling place for your convenience. Repeat offending violent assailant drunk driving child molester? Oh no they have 'rights', they are just victims of 'oppression' and 'social injustice', we cant send them home. And of course even if they ended up getting deported they can be back in the US before sundown.
