The donor comparison has been explained in my post. Like I said - they're not the same! That's what, "there's a big difference," means FYI. Therefore - you didn't understand what you read! I don't know what being a "fan" of altruism you're on about. I'm simply describing a good deed by an organ donor. It can be described as altruistic. FYI Altruism is not forced on someone! If someone is forced to sacrifice himself for the sake of others - where's the altruism?
