Russia has great opportunities and capabilities in many areas, in science, industry, economy and the defense industry area," Maliki said at the start of his talks with Russian upper house speaker Valentina Matvienko.

Maliki drew attention to the many agreements in different areas signed by Russia and Iraq, saying that this number will continue to grow because a meeting of a joint inter-government commission, which is in charge of bilateral cooperation.

No reason to repeat US mistakes if you ask me, help Iraq to rebuild itself will return to Russia in the future but sending "police" force to replace US presence...I dont know, Russia doesnt need to project power.

    Regards,

    The Imam.

Wait, why do you think they are lying?

Personally I think this makes sense, we tried and we failed. If they are happier with Russia so be it.

It is interesting to see more "hard right" ideals like your sig starting to take root more and more in civilization.

It makes me wonder if the Romans just got "soft" from 0 - 200 AD and the "harder" German states simply filled that vacuum you are talking about.

I do still think that The West, especially America, has a lot of "hard spots" left though, it may just be early in the game of "shifting nation power"

Iran benefits more. It would keep the US from using Iraq as a base of operations when the US initiates conflict with Iran.

And you don't think the general mentality of Americans was different in the 50/60's? People change, we should judge Russia on Russia IMO

Have you been to Russia? Do you know any Russians?

They are basically the same as us, they just put more emphases on power than on PC. You would too if you had their history.

Power seems like an evil thing, until you have none of it

It is incredibly charming, when ukrainian explains russians to foreigners. Vigorously, persistently, enthusiastically - mostly through creation of threads in style "look what a bad people russians are". Thankfully I know much better ukrainians and won't have my judgement of their nation spoiled by russophobic propagandists.

What parts did you go to, Donetsk, kharkiv, Lugansk, the heavy russian part? Or Lviv, Ivano frankivsk, Ternopol? Wait the latter is the low cultured Galicians, probably beneath a higher cultured "russian" as yourself:rolleyes:!

The vacuum I referred there has a lot to do with "Corporate America's choices"... They want their hands over vast resources of the earth to endure their hegemony over the global socio-economic system in order to keep it run by that "manipulative tool" they got their sole control over. These vast resources are including but not limited to the Russian Arctic. Putin agreed to selling out the future of Russian youth in exchange of bunch btches praising Russia in forums like this for joining in them in their post-cold war "communion contest"... So the said vacuum in here was created "on purpose" by Corporate vampires like Exxon for making way to Russia to fill in, getting its "supposedly" fair share -within of course the limits of the agreed terms.

I know all sounds a little complicated but hey, at the end of the day, this is the best I can do for entry levels...

Easy to dream a dream, though it's harder to live it... Look, they gon love me for my ambition... Beautiful music painting pictures that be my vision...

    Yes...

Because Americans understood Vietnamese, Salvadorans, Guatemalans, Cubans, Nicaraguans, Cambodians, Iraqis, Japanese, Filipinos, Native Americans, and all other cultures and nations so well that they came up with this brilliant solution called: Genocide... :)

Oh, they sure supplied no weapons to terrorists like ISIS, PKK, AL-QAIDE, AL-NUSRA, etc...
