Barr has been messing with the Rule of Law since he started.

"The case against Attorney General William Barr’s corruption of the law was deep enough even before his Justice Department moved to abruptly drop charges against Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser who had pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his interactions with Russia’s ambassador to the U.S. during the presidential transition.

This august group was hardly the only one to express outrage at the Flynn intervention. More than 1,900 former Justice Department employees separately sent a letter Monday demanding that Barr resign after having “once again assaulted the rule of law.”

Grodin and his fellow signatories merit special attention because of their stature, depth and diversity of legal experience — and, most important, the gravity of their warning. These are neither alarmists nor partisans.

“We are deeply troubled by the disregard, and in some cases outright scorn, for crucial protections against partisan influence and the lack of accountability shown by Department of Justice leadership and high-ranking members of the administration”

Of course, that's back in the real world.

    No he hasn't.
You don't think the same corrupt prosecutors could force you to do the same?
Nobody cares what disgruntled former employees say.
No they don't. They are as believable as fake hate crimes.

So you are right and literally thousands who did that sort of thing are wrong...

I must like the intellectual challenge of trying to communicate with people completely divorced from reality.

Every single article written on this event says the same. I've included three - but you can search all you want to find more.

More importantly, Barr then said he’d follow the normal successor procedure. https://slate.com/news-and-politics...geoffrey-berman-trump-justice-department.html

The delegator-in-chief told the cameras that was a matter left for Barr. In the end, Berman resigned after Strauss’s selection was assured.https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2020/jun/21/donald-trump-geoffrey-berman-sdny-william-barr

Barr initially announced he was going to appoint a prosecutor from another office as Berman's interim replacement, a highly unusual move that he has since had to walk back, appointing Audrey Strauss, Berman's experienced deputy, to the position. Berman stepped aside, saying that Barr finally followed "the normal operation of law."https://www.businessinsider.com/ame...rman-trump-administration-william-barr-2020-6

Looks like you are out of points well enough formed for debate.

Barr is working on bringing the looters, assaulters and arsonists who violate the rights of others to justice.

Berman was not sufficiently committed to equal rights and so was dropped from his position. Damn good call by Barr and Trump.

Before Obama became president, he said that he needed lots of people to keep pressure on Congress to be able to enact his agenda.

    That didn't happen.

    But it is happening now.

So he couldn't enact his agenda with near supermajorities in both Houses and the Presidency, but he can now just through riots, arson and looting?

Barr and Trump dumped Berman because he didn't have a sufficient respect for the the civil rights of ALL Americans required for that position. The SDNY is very important posting.

Error 1: The Mueller investigation has not ended. Mueller retired, but the investigation continues. Despite Trump's and Barr's efforts to obstruct it. Which, BTW, is in itself a crime.

Error 2: Mueller did not investigate collusion. But it did find 272 instances of contacts between the Trump campaign and operatives linked to Russia. Not counting whatever other contacts are listed in the redacted portions.

Exactly. That is one of the contacts, and one of the investigations that is still ongoing. Most of the findings of that investigation are redacted for this reason.

I don't need you to repeat to me the right wing conspiracy theories. I know them all. But I am only interested in the facts.

Oh... and BTW, I couldn't care less who funded the Steele dossier. And even less on the party sympathies of any judges or, for that matter, anybody unless there is any indication (for example, in the case of Barr, his proven lies) that they affected any of their actions.

Nope they didn't amount to collusion. Virtually every indictment of Russian agents stated no Americans knowingly cooperated with the Russians.

What about the Blacks who are separatists?

Berman was fired due to his lack of commitment to equal rights.

Dude there were dozens if indictments of Russian agents for attempted interference in the 2016 election none have stood trial none likely will. Those indictments stated categorically that no American citizen had knowingly cooperated with those Russian agents. Therefore there can be no collusion of the illegal sort.

What the hell does that have to do with anything? We know they colluded, at a minimum, by covering it up. We know Papadopulous knew what he was doing, because he confessed to it. Whether they were duped into it or not is a different matter. Trump Jr.'s "I love it!" certainly indicates he knew what the collusion was about. And the cover-up of the meeting was not random. We'll know what Kushner and Manafort knew when the investigation is over. We'll also know about Trump's participation also at that moment. As well as many others. We still have a loooong way to go

But... I'm sure I had already explained this to you. So it's a waste of time.

We know that popa was set up. And his confession produced by threats over and above the Normal. We know Obama et Al, as is made clear by the new revelation from Strzok hand written notes regarding the Flynn case, at the very least knew the spying and sabotage of the Trump campaign was going on.

Removing Berman is a step towards cancelling these fake investigations. Another false narrative is that the Mueller prosecutions were transfered to the SDNY. They were transfered to the DC US Attornies office. Contrary to what you have stated, the Mueller investigation has ended. All those liberal biased personal has been transfered elsewhere. The fake prosecutions are what is continuing. The Flynn case has been order by the Appeals court end. Of course the liberal biased judge Sullivan has illegally refused to end it. Even though the Appeals court has issued a Writ of Mandamus stating that Sullivan exceeded his liberal authority in continuing the case even after the DOJ requested that the case be dropped.

You obviously never read the Mueller Report. Of course that is typically liberal of you. The Mueller team did investigate the fake collusion claim. What he didn't investigate was the fake claim of that President Trump obstructed the fake investigation of collusion by firing Comey and McCabe was in fact illegal. The FBI Director and Deputy Director serves at the pleasure of the President. So, they could legally be fired. Trump could have also legally ended the Mueller investigation, but he chose not to. The President, with input from the AG, has the authority to determine what will, and won't be investigated by the DOJ. So, every action that the President by Constitutional authority took was not obstruction, not that the President could face such a charge. It is strange that you defend the Mueller fake investigation, but claim that you do not care about what was in the report. That is obvious since you obviously never read the report. As a result consistently make false claims about the report.

Another fake narrative. The items that were redacted were approved by the National Security Advisor, the CIA, and Mueller himself. The redactions were based on the classified information. If you bothered to actually read the report you would see that very little was redacted. If you do not know how to determine how much was redacted, they are blacked out. The claim that most of the finding were redacted is the type of fake narratives that you love.

You classify a lot of things a right wing narrative by ignoring the facts. If you bothered to research your claims, you might, thought I doubt it, figure out the majority of the liberal claims, especially about Trump, is a left wing fake narrative.

Of course you don't. It was funded by the DNC and the Hillary Campaign. If you were to care about it you would have to admit that the DNC and Hillary Campaign are guilty of the same crimes that the GOP operators were charged for Watergate. Both the GOP during Watergate, and the DNC in the Steel Dossier were intending to spy on the opposition party. The fact that they used the fake dossier to illegally obtain FISA Warrants intenting to spy on the Trump Campaign is in fact a crime. This crime goes all the way to President Obama, VP Biden, AG Lynch, and the Director of the FBI. All should be indicted for their crimes. Many of them will be indicted as a result of the Durham investion. You can look for those indictments as an October Surprise. I know, you will claim that this is another right wing narrative. But it has been proven by the DOJ IG. Again this is another narrative based on fact. To claim that this is a right wing narrative is in fact a left wing fake narrative.

I forgot to add that the Trump transition team's conversations were in fact normal. Let's not forget the Obama was caught in a hot mic during the 2016 campaign telling Putin that he could do more to help him when he get reelected. He only backed out of that claim when Russia invaded Syria in support of Assad that Obama had declared had to resign. Obama illegally invade Syria himself, and claimed that the US was going to attack only the radical Muslims. Some of those radical Muslims were in fact supporting the Government. This caused Russia to attack the US troops.

Additionally, the original FBI investigators determined Flynn's conversations with the Russian Ambassador did not constitute a crime. Yet, Obama and Biden pushed to continue the investigation. Obama told Comey to have the right people investigate Flynn, and it was Biden that pushed the DOJ/FBI to used the unconstitutional untried Logan Act to continue the investigation.

Obama was directing it and Biden was leading the amen choir.

Berman got dumped because he had double standards. We are:

    One People,
    With One Law,
    Applied Without Favor

Berman didn't have the moral commitment necessary for the position he held. It was very wise of Barr and Trump to dump him.

A gratifying victory. The subtext of the ruling, wrote Peter Spiliakos, is that

“the NY state and city governments were treating left-wing protest as a de facto state religion and were discriminating against other faiths.”

Washington Post: It doesn’t matter that the most violent cities in America are run by Democrats

Gotta treat all creeds equally under the law. No special privileges for devotional wokery.

    Trump/Barr right.

    Berman wrong/unfit.

There were two separate issues here united by a common question: Did New York apply a double standard to religious gatherings in setting social distancing rules? Religious institutions don’t get special exemptions from laws of general applicability, i.e. laws that apply neutrally to the entire public. But if there’s reason to believe that the state is placing some special burden on religious institutions, that’s presumptively unconstitutional. You have the right to free exercise of your faith and you have the right not to be discriminated against in your exercise of that right. The state needs an exceedingly good justification to single out religion.

Cuomo and de Blasio began from a position of strength. In a vacuum, state and city orders mandating social distancing during a pandemic are classic examples of laws of general applicability. We need the whole public to work together to tamp down this virus, right? Well, that means you too, religious believers. Social-distancing rules are neutral — in theory. In practice, the story is different. The court picked through the thicket of regulations issued by Cuomo over the past few months and discovered that indoor religious gatherings are permitted no more than 25 percent capacity during Phase 2 of New York’s reopening whereas secular spaces like retail shops and restaurants are permitted 50 percent capacity. How come?

    https://hotair.com/archives/allahpu...s-services-didnt-care-limiting-size-protests/

When Cuomo was asked about it at press briefings, he barely even tried to explain it: “’We are going to accelerate the opening of temples, mosques, [and] churches. . . . 25 percent occupancy is not as easy as 100 percent occupancy but 100 percent occupancy is a mass gathering and you really can’t do social distancing.’… He further advised New Yorkers to ‘be smart. It does not mean you go to a temple or a mosque and you sit right next to a person. You have to socially distance.’” What does that mess of verbiage have to do with two separate capacity standards for indoor spaces depending on whether they’re religious or secular in nature?

Nothing, the court concluded. And so that double standard is now nuked, i.e. enjoined.

If you’re going to target houses of worship for less preferential treatment, you need a way better justification than Cuomo’s word salad to get it past a court.

So much for discrimination aimed at indoor religious gatherings. What about outdoor religious gatherings, though? New York’s social distancing rules limit outdoor gatherings too, which led to the NYPD occasionally interrupting Jewish religious services like funerals. That rule may be generally applicable and neutral on its face, the court noted — but the enforcement of it certainly wasn’t. If it was, how can we possibly explain Cuomo’s and de Blasio’s cheerleading for the George Floyd protests?
