Ben Carson to Newsmax: Biden Admin Violating Hyde Amendment by Transporting Migrants for Abortions

Former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson says the Biden administration is violating the Hyde Amendment by flying illegal immigrants to other states for abortion services.

"As a senator, Biden was completely behind the Hyde Amendment even in cases of incest or rape," Carson said during an appearance Friday on Newsmax TV's "Spicer & Co."

"Talk about a 180-degree flip. Is it really fair to American citizens to have to take on the burden when they have so many burdens of their own, particularly financial burdens with the inflation roaring and with the economy going south, with peoples 401Ks going south? Why are we picking up more debt?"

Thirteen states passed laws that aimed to trigger full or partial bans on abortion after the Supreme Court overturned the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that had recognized women's constitutional right to an abortion….

This Reuters article describes what former HUD Secretary said regarding President Biden and abortion. He said that the regime is violating the Hyde Amendment by using tax dollars to facilitate abortions for illegal aliens. Americans do not need to be burdened with the adding to our national debt to kill aliens babies.

 

Dr. Ben Carson, former US Housing Secretary is exactly right about this issue.

Biden preventing the birth of many anchor babies would be regarded as a racist policy by the left, if Biden was a Republican president. On the other hand, he's helping women exercise their right to decide what to do with their own bodies, including abortion. Oh, look, another conundrum.

So...why does Biden use federal funds to fly illegal immigrants to abortion centers? Is he racist, is he worried about unchecked illegal immigration, is he fiercely pro-abortion, or is he simply pandering to his potential voters? I guess we'll never know. The latter looks like the most likely candidate, though.

As far as the rest of your post, you can choose to feel however you want. I am satisfied with a political system that protects me from the authoritarian left seeking ever more to rob me of my ability to move up free in society on my own merit, or to demand I take an experimental medicine I don’t need, to provoke speech from me, while simultaneously attacking my speech.

Nope, as by simply existing you risk being a threat to those around you in a variety of ways. It’s impossible to exist and not harm those around you in some way, usually indirectly.

What I am against is directly and purposefully killing babies though because they aren’t your body.

 

So you don’t care if someone kill functional babies that are not theirs through a preventative disease or inaction but you do care if they kill unformed babies after consulting with a medical professional
