There are two more names to add to the list, Patrick Kennedy and Cheryl Mills.

Requested security was not only denied, it was reduced. If, as the sycophants say, everything was done that was possible, then why was there such a massive effort to cover up the reason for the attack? Obama, 3 weeks later in a speech at the U.N. was still blaming it on the video. This attack was in retaliation for getting Bin Laden. Obama didn't defeat nothin'! The attack in Benghazi was on September 11. That date is a permanent fact. They can never change that date or turn it into a lie.

I guess you don't do nuance.
Clinton was impeached in the House on a straight party line vote, in the Senate the GOP couldn't even get a party line majority vote to convict, let alone the super majority required to convict, even though they had a majority. It was political theatre.

Look at this current fiasco being staged by the clowns at the GOP. They have assembled a bunch of witnesses to testify about horrible things that happened, but they haven't really made the case on who is to blame. They just hope that the public blames Hillary Clinton, lest she unman them in 2016. It's cheap petty political theatre, using the dead as props.

They make a big thing about 4 special forces about to board an airplane but ordered not to.
What the Pentagon says is that they weren't kitted out for combat, and they wouldn't arrive in time to make a difference, and they were needed in Tripoli for an operation there, the evacuation of the embassy.
It's a decision that was obviously made by the military chain of command based on local knowledge, and local circumstances at the time.
A decision that would never have been put before the Secretary of State or the President, but it's all they have, so they hype it up.

They hype up the early speculation that the attack was somehow linked to protests against an internet video, because there were protests in Cairo, Khartoum, Tunis and Jakarta.
They call it a coverup, what was covered up? Everything came out, and it came out before the election, there just isn't anything there that could save the Romney campaign, and there isn't anything there that can hurt Hillary Clinton.

You beat me to it. This is the real security breach. It left our administration vulnerable and caused deficiencies in our security. No wonder everyone was at a loss for words in the beginning, and there was so much speculation. We were never prepared for Bengazi and we probably never will be. Look at all the tragedies that happened when Bush was in office. These are the same mistakes. Without proper funding, none of these places will ever be secure. It's pretty obvious by now, you need a small army at everyone of these places. And that's not going to happen.

i'm not so sure it was the only problem in benghazi

the ambassador's mission was trying maintain a low profile so it wouldn't attract an attack

which, in hindsight, you could call a mistake, but what if there had been ten times the security?

it may have resulted in ten times the number of dead bodies on our side, nobody can know for sure

I guess you don't do facts. Clinton was impeached, held in contempt of court and disbarred for lying under oath.

Am I supposed to applaud the Democrats for deliberately turning a blind eye to perjury and obstruction of justice? No thanks.

The fiasco is what happened before, during and after the attacks in Benghazi that got 4 Americans killed, not the hearings that are trying to unearth the truth that the administration has tried to conceal since day one. I realize that Obama and his co-travelers will say and do anything to avoid accountability here, but that's to be expected. Had Obama & Co. come clean in the first place, you wouldn't be displacing blame for their failure to do so. Enjoy the hearings.

The real security breach - not the one contrived by Obama's sycophants - was the decision not to provide the security that was requested by our personnel in Libya, and as Charlene Lamb testified, funding had nothing to do with that decision.

Of course, that brings us to the question that you and the rest of Obama's supporters seem unwilling to confront - if funding was not a factor in the decision to deny the security requests, what was the administration's lame excuse for denying them their requests?

nixon's ghost - "if i had lived a thousand years earlier, they never could have gotten me out of office without a revolution, nobody tried to impeach ghengis kahn"

starr - "my sole objective has always been to find some crime you were guilty of, no matter how hard i had to look, how much money i had to spend, how many innocent lives i had to destroy or constitutional rules i had to break"

bill clinton - "and to total cost to the taxpayer was?"

ken starr - "probably more than the annual education budget of the state of alabama"

jfk's ghost - "you are going to go down in history as the president that got his [blow job]"

ken starr - "we don't have public executions anymore and you didn't have them in your time either"

nixon's ghost - "and what do you call julius and ethel rosenberg? that wasn't meant as a pun on jews, it just came out that way"

nixon's ghost - "tell me jack, your intern didn't give you ughh?"

jfk's ghost - "my interns, my receptionists, the white house tour guides, the smithsonian librarians, my manicurist, you name it"

Billy Jeff really is. He has always reminded me of W.C. Fields, but on a more relevant point, apparently the "joke" is on you.... BJ must of thought it was a major issue but the question is, why don't you ? I guess you'd be honored if BJ hit on your daughter and had her give him a blow job? I begining to think you might even offer him one of your cigars to seal the deal

    Whats the falsehood?

She didnt say there was a protest in Benghazi did she? She said there was a violent protest out the embassy in Cairo. She said the attack in Benghazi grew from the Cairo incident. She said it was in response to the video, thats confirmed by the group itself.

Did she then say something different in the other five interviews?

    You NAILED it:

State Dept. acknowledges rejecting requests for more security in Benghazi

The State Department acknowledged Wednesday that it rejected appeals for more security at its diplomatic posts in Libya in the months before a fatal terrorist attack in Benghazi as Republicans suggested that lapses contributed to the deaths of the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans.

Security officials on the ground “repeatedly warned Washington officials of the dangerous situation” in Libya, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said in his opening statement. “Washington officials seemed preoccupied with the concept of normalization.”

Does that mean you voted for Bill Clinton or do you mean a local democrat?

It doesnt disqualify her because it was a lit was a limited and successful campaign, involving no lies and a clear and present danger to the civilian population. And it was led by europe. And it wasnt a knee jerk neo con reaction to 9/11.

if the embassy had gotten what they wanted, let's say 1000 marines

it's possible that all could have been killed in an attack

then you guys would be whining about that
