66% of Americans now in favor of legalization - On this basis alone the law is illegitimacy of Authority. "Tyranny" - of the minority.

    What say you ?

I'm all for it. I'm for single payer pot. The middle class will naturally have a tax increase to cover the cost.for the poorest among us.

The people in prison for simple possessions probably.
Or those with records that cause employment applications to go into the garbage.
Also, probably their children and family.

    Yeh, who cares!

Clearly something has gotten into you. I am no comrade of collectivist justification for law - but- I can help you to see the light ! and the the evils of this collectivist justification you were promoting.

Just pick one or two of the arguments in your link - and I will help you to understand how these arguments are from the dark side !:angel:

Marijuana shouldn't be legalized, just decriminalized.

    Bullocks - another disappointing response.

Do you want limited Gov't or not ? If so .. what should that power be limited to ? or do you prefer "Tyranny of the Majority" - and in this case we don't even meet that bar .. "Tyranny of the minority.

This is not about whether or not you like Pot - Lots of people dislike lots of things - that is not justification for law.

How is making pot illegal within the legitimate authority of Gov't ? How is this not an unjustified violation of individual liberty ?

Who are you to stop another person - from smoking pot - by using physical violence ? What is your justification ?

    It's a slippery slope dude.

Some in Congress suggested legislation on gun control with red flag laws.

Conservatives and the NRA warned that it could become a slippery slope.

California already had its gun control red flag law.

What did California just do ?
Conservatives and the NRA were 100% right.

The California progressives in Sacramento expanded the red flag law to allow coworkers and neighbors request that your guns be confiscated by law enforcement.

It's a slippery slope and thanks to California's progressives that federal gun legislation is dead on arrival.

decriminalize not "legalize". Nothing needs to be legalized - ever. Everything is, by default, legal unless there is a law against it.

    NO LAW = NO CRIME

The Problem is when the state,
or the State wants to regulate marijuana beyond
    presence of insecticides, etc.

Conservatives in California started the slippery slope regarding gun control. Once they found out that black Americans also had 2nd Ammendment Rights, they said, screw the 2nd Ammendment. Reagan and crooked Ed Meese along with some redneck right wing State Assembleyman started the California gun control juggernaught. Damn Republicans again!!!

I think that's because of corporate influence. It seems like gabbard and buttigieg represent the Democrat Party, but Biden and Warren are safe choices.

    They ****ed up big time.

What they should have done was make it a felony for any black person to touch a gun.

But the ACLU and the left would have yelled racism.

When the Bloods and Crips adopted the drive by shooting using AK-47's, the Democrats allowed China to import 400,000 Chi-Com AK-47's into America and what did the liberals go after ?

Not the AK-47 but the AR-15, I suppose because it was black.
