    On his first day in office:

    He will rejoin the WHO
    He will rejoin the Paris Accords
    He will reinstate the Dreamers
    He will rescind the Muslim travel ban
    He will appoint a COVID committee

    All of these are entirely among his Presidential Powers

    The Dreamers are still here, but he can prevent any further action from being taken against them. The rest look good.

    He could probably reenter the JCPOA with Iran on an EO since leaving it was illegitimate.

    He must also recertify the treaty with Iran.

    A treaty that all US allies have signed (even Israel) and that Trump tore up because it was a success for Obama.

    The JCPOA might be trickier to undo the damage by the Former POTUS (God, I love typing that), but it actually might not be... I don't believe said Former POTUS issued an EO to get us out, instead just refusing to abide by the terms...

    It could be as simple as a few phone calls (preferably done NOW, since Republicans don't believe in such a thing as the Logan Act) to get us back in after the inauguration, with the buy in of all..

    I would certainly add that to the list of to-dos early on... it's National Security, after all..

    Isn't it strange how the Trump rallies were this huge source of spreading the virus yet millions of people dancing in the streets for biden is ok. No spreading of the virus there,
