    Nobody lies to Congress if they don't have to. Yovanovitch did and was caught by a FOIA release.

    Lying to Congress is a FELONY if you are a Republican.

    It remains to be seen what else is exposed.

    Perhaps you should check on your own domestic misinformation first.

    The US Treasury slapped sanctions Thursday on Ukrainian politician Andrii Derkach, an alleged Russian intelligence operative who has stoked conspiracy theories advanced by the White House that purport to implicate Democrat Joe Biden in corruption.

    Derkach, who met with President Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani several times over the past year as he searched for dirt on Biden, "has been an active Russian agent for over a decade," the Treasury said in a statement.

    Derkach maintains "close connections" with Russian intelligence and has engaged in interference actions "in an attempt to undermine the upcoming 2020 US presidential election," it said.

    Again, Derkach could be a real POS, no question about it. He can be a horrible human being.
    But his tapes and copies of wire transfers are still true. ;) you can attack the character all you want, but you don’t seem to be able to address obvious trail of corruption that leads to Biden and his family.

    I’m beginning to think Obama didn’t endorse Biden for a long time because he knew if Biden becomes a serious candidate, a lot of their shady dealings will come to light crapping all over his “legacy”.

    If there was a trail of corruption from Joe Biden, we would have uncovered it long ago.

    My god, Derkach is GRU. I just posted that. He was sanctioned just last week for trying to smear Biden with lies. And you believe him. Guess what? I don't believe you.

    The FACT Pattern shows:

    1. Clear evidence of kickbacks processed through Latvia and on to Cyprus.

    2. Biden on tape bragging about getting Shokin off of the case.

    3. Yovanovitch lying about her extensive involvement with Burisma.

    4. Koch-Glitsch Italia shipments to the Ukraine where no pipelines were being constructed in 2015.
