    If congress is investigating Biden for corruption and bribery, then Fox sure as hell can talk about it. Did lib outlets ever apologize for their coverage of the Steele dossier? How about their coverage of Smollett and Sandmann?

    When President Biden 'asks nicely' and the network is one that has a defamation judgement settlement of 787 million already sitting on its ledger, its a 'nice' reminder that Biden and his allies know how to use a civil court too. I have a feeling Fox will be wary of pushing this envelope too damn far. Their legal department will be seeing that letter and the lawyers will have a more potent internal voice than they did 787 million dollars ago. .

    There are a number of programs on Fox which are pure news and some which are commentaries. The left tends to confuse the two. There is no pretense by Fox, that commentaries are any more than just opinions. There are a number of programs on Fox which are clearly news and they are identified as such.

    Jesse Waters is not a reporter for Fox. He is a commentator. He is expressing his opinion, which like most commentaries on most news programs, may be true or not.

    Even though Trump has not been convicted of any crime, MSNBC frequently refers to him as a traitor, thief, Nazi and whatever other dirty name they can come up with. MSNBC is expressing their opinion.

    You are right, they should correct it to his administration was the one colluding with Russia and they were unable to prove he was involved — and also correct rapists to convicted rapist.

    I agree.

    trump has skated through crime after crime with no consequences

    what is good for one president should be good for another


    So if trump wins the electoral college in 2024 and at Biden’s request , his people attempt to invade the capitol the day of confirming trump as beating Biden ..and if Biden attempts to make phone calls to election officials asking to find a certain amount of vote or attempts to replace certified electors with fake ones

    then Biden is immune

    Mueller, based on the available evidence (some of which was withheld or lied about by defendants like Stone), was unable to prove there was a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. But collusion was everywhere.

    Trump was found to be financially liable for defamation after the jury determined he did in fact rape Carroll.

    I never said he was criminally convicted, I said convicted. In a court of law. By a jury of his peers.

    Although found LIABLE BECAUSE SOMEONE SUED HIM, Trump has never been convicted of committing a crime in any criminal court.
