This week, VP Biden announced the lowering of the Obamacare enrollment projections for the end of March from 7 million to 5 or 6 million. There are currently about 3.3. million enrolled in O-care and another couple million new O-care inspired Medicaid emrollees.

Strange. We were sold this Democrat scheme extraordinaire on the basis of not only saving the economy :)roflol:), but also because there were 30 to 40 million uninsured throughout the land that were desperate and clamoring for healthcare coverage.

It seems a bit odd that it's all they can do just to get a couple million enrolled into both O-care and Medicaid. And even those numbers relied on coercive threats to achieve. And like most other Washington DC based Obama "facts", were probably massaged by the propagandist wing of the administration to lessen the embarrassment.

So where are all these tens of millions of desperate people and why does it seem like pulling teeth to get the desperate, suffering masses to participate in their hero's salvation?

Btw - I'm not inferring that these folks don't exist. But it does seem strange to me that given the administration's initial portrayal of the situation, they're having this much difficulty getting their numbers. Or were they counting on the passage of an amnesty bill and perhaps some subsequent executive orders that would allow for ignoring contrary restrictions to pave the way for providing their fare?

They knew it all along, they just wanted the other 30 million to pay "there fare share" even though states like south Carolina garnish wages of outstanding hospital bill's.

Initially, we talked about by the end of this period having seven million people lined up. We may not get to seven but we're gonna get to five or six, and that's a hell of a start with people.

    *honk*

So, we're lowering expectations down to 5 million, now?

Failure is a hell of a start! :psychoitc:

I'm still waiting on the report of just how many have paid yet and more then one month. Obama is hiding these numbers.

That brings us to another question:

If ObamaCare is as great as the "you can keep your HC plan if you like it, period" crowd keeps telling us, why aren't tens of millions of Americans dropping their current HC plans and flocking into the exchanges to get themselves a piece of FullRetardCare?

Only one possible answer, republican's are obstructing the masses from signing up and the Koch bothers are behind it. I mean, the ACA is super liberating, right? So, what other reason makes any sense?

That maybe those folks who didn't have healthcare coverage didn't want it?! That maybe a visit to the emergency room at taxpayers expense was what they always wanted? Did Obama ask any of these uninsured what they wanted, or did the elite Democrats assume they knew what the uninsured wanted?

I guess that explains why Randy Forbes has been lurking around my house since last October. Those nefarious Republicans are in all places at all times...;)
