I don't live in Oregon. And I believe most genuine psychics would have no need for psychedelic drugs. They're hardwired differently, and don't have the level of filtering (or "veil") common in the average person. We all dwell in multiple dimensions. But a psychic's reality is one in which they're consciously aware of these multiple dimensions. Animals have this ability as well, which makes them very psychic/sensitive.

 

I agree that animals use their senses in more useful ways than humans do. Example, they smell each other's urine, scat, and genitals and derive much information that way, but I honestly don't think any animal has any idea at all about what the 'future' holds.
