Bill Maher 'Real Time' Panel: NRA's Colion Noir vs. Neera Tanden on Gun Control

Attorney and host, Colion Noir, appeared on Maher's "Real Time" HBO show to discuss gun rights. Noir, as usual, was calm, rational and factual. Later, a panel with Neera Tanden of the liberal Center for American Progress, also discussed the issue among other topics.

I can't imagine there'll ever come a time when I actively opt to pay attention to Bill Maher.

My reasoning is trivial, for sure, but anyone who looks that much like a sewer rat probably is one.

 

Like Ted Cruz?

Yes, he's smarmy and actively LW. At least he's dropped the pretense of being Libertarian. Still, the Colion Noir interview was interesting for two reasons; one because Noir clearly owned Maher and secondly, because Maher asked Noir to the show in the first place.

 

Someone ate Cruz's soul. People shouldn't look at him if they want to be safe.

 

Colion Noir is one of the most rational and astute voices in the gun debate.

As far as that Maher interview the best line from it was when Maher said something like "people like me don't like guns but we don't know anything about them".

In other words Maher admitted that prejudice is the primary driving force for his anti-gun position.

 

Man, had to watch this interview again because its just that good.

Every leftists needs to watch this video.

If they wont dedicate the 11 minutes to doing so then they really have no business calling themselves informed.
