There is no limit to haw far or how fast the space time stretches. It could stetch faster than light can travel. But as far as the "pop"

We got the standard solar system compared to other stars.

The distance between each planet is astonomical. If the sun was the size of a basketball then earth would be like a sesame seed located 25 meters away. And Pluto would be a grain of sand some 2.5 miles away. That is 1 star. There are billions of stars in our galaxy alone. There are billions of galaxies out there.
