I'm living near central Richmond, VA. Thankfully, my neighbors and my household are packing serious heat. We had a neighborhood about a mile from here vandalized for no apparent reason. My neighbor to the left, a recent recipient of two new knees, was out on his porch. Adults with spray paint started heading toward his car. I saw him try to get up and yell at them while my wife and I were grilling chicken. His legs buckled when he didn't grasp his crutches properly.

I got up, grabbed my weapon, and headed toward the small crowd. Once I displayed my legal firearm, they ran like rats.

 

Apparently the store owner took matters into his own hands and paid for it with his life.

 

All lives should matter; that's the problem with this country; we divide by race and/or religion. That may sound Chaplinesque but its true.
