"The president is lying," Bloomberg campaign spokesperson Julie Wood said in a statement. "He is a pathological liar who lies about everything: his fake hair, his obesity, and his spray-on tan."

The former mayor echoed his spokesperson's remarks, saying that Trump "lies about everything so you shouldn't be surprised that he said things like that." "I stand twice as tall as he does on the stage that matters," he added.

Earlier in the day, Trump made the comment that Bloomberg was short and wanted a box to stand on in the debates so he appeared taller.

This apparently triggered the Bloomberg campaign, who responded furiously.

There is some danger here-Bloomberg may think he can out Trump the Trump-if he does he will fail spectacularly-kind of like When Biden calls Trump a bully and threatens to punch him.

Tl;Dr: Bloomberg Campaign Tells the World that The Ocean Contains Water...:roflol: :bored:

    1) Bloomberg WON'T get the Dem. Nom. and anything coming from his "campaign" is about as relevant as a Hummingbird Fart in a Hurricane.

    2) Welcome to today's installment of RW Mock Outrage.
    (Like sands in the hourglass).:bored:

    3) In the face of this "Roaring Economy", why is Trump's Overall Approval Over 7% UNDERWATER?

Trump just mad because Bloomberg actually was a self-made man - no silver spoon from daddy - and he's amassed a personal fortune 10 times that of Trump (estimated at $50 billion compared to Trump's $4 billion).

Trump just mad because Bloomberg gave $250 million to charity in 2019, and Trump was forced by Court order to fund Trump's charity ... sad Trump.

Trump just mad because Queen Elizabeth II awarded Bloomberg an honorary knighthood in 2014, while all Trump got from the Queen were dirty looks. Poor little Trump man.

Poor little Trump. Upstaged by 16 year old Greta and can't hold a candle to Bloomberg's financial record. Trump sad.

The DNC just changed its own rules to allow Bloomberg to be on the debate stage.

Heavens no, I am not outraged-Im glad to see Bloomberg drawn into an area where Trump wins.

And its not so hard to see why Bloomberg would need a box to stand on...

In other words, your only (utterly FAILED attempt) at "rebuttal" is a NON-Answer followed by a swipe at Bloomberg's height?:smh: :bored:

Btw--In case you missed the memo, Trump admits that he is quite jealous of Bloomberg:

Remember when Marco Rubio tried to out-Trump Trump with the Little Hands insults? He was out of the primary running shortly thereafter. Same thing when Ted Cruz tried to sling some insults back in Trump's direction.

Thing is, that the grade-school bully tactic works for Trump because he's the "blue collar Billionaire", construction guy from Queens. That "Queens tough-guy" attitude is his actual personality.

When "polished" politicians who have been groomed and trained for years to be politically-correct and diplomatic try to "be like Trump" with the insults, it backfires on them every time. They are being reactionary instead of their normal "calm, cool, politician-y" selves. It comes off as very awkward and defensive.

Its sure to backfire, and Trump once again picks the time and place to drop those nicknames.

Poor little Trump - trying to make himself look more successful by standing next to someone who is worth $50 billion more than he is ...

Rubio started with the insults late in his campaign when he needed to "try anything" to win Florida his own state. Failed miserably with his change to what appeared to be a "stand-up comic" routine, making jokes about Trump. Same with Cruz - changing late in the game. They were just about at the end of the line before Cruz tried pulling the "con man and a liar" insults, and he was not trying to make jokes. He came across as desperate and lost.

These Democrats making the insults, jokes, and "hate Trump" a basic part of their platform apparently weren't watching the 2016 Republican primaries.

Anyway, I still think it's kind of weird that the bullying works for Trump, but it does, and it does come across as "just a part of who he is". He promised to destroy "political correctness". Promises made. Promises kept.

Bloomberg just highlights everything wrong with Trump. Bloomberg gives $250 million to charity last year - Trump is forced by the courts to pay up to fix his own charity. Trump gets the silver spoon from daddy to start making his $billion - Bloomberg's dad was an accountant and gave him nothing - yet Bloomberg has turned his hard work into $50 billion. Trump declares multiple bankruptcies to hide his money from creditors - Bloomberg has never had to declare bankruptcy.

I like anyone who can beat impeached republican criminal, commander bone spurs, this fall.

And, currently, it looks like Joe and Mike have the best chance, in my estimation. :flagus: :democrat:

By the way, Fat, I suggest you stay away from the "soda pop".

I'm not a big fan of soda but I certainly dont need gov. to dictate what size I choose. What makes you think he would run the country any different than his city?
