Well, if it was greed for money, they failed, miserably. If it was greed for more government interference, they succeeded, greedily.

Having the FAA day your plane is safe to fly doesn’t make it so, Building them so does.

So what would they get from a successful suit? There would obviously be no damages.

There are maintenance records showing who was involved with MCAS.

You wonder when Boeing told the FAA, or IF they told the FAA?

We do know the FAA knows about MCAS so they must also know why MCAS was installed which means Boeing at some point did tell the FAA of the design flaw. So the questions remains as to when Boeing told the FAA. Was it during the test flights or later on after Boeing installed MCAS? But lets be clear, the final reports have not been issued by the NTSB or any other investigating agency so we don't know as of yet what did actually cause both planes to crash.

Which it was. There is a 737-800, 737 Max 8, 9 and now a 10. These are aircraft type designations that indicate some sort of design change.

How do we know that Boeing knew that there was "flawed flight characteristics?"

Because a passive system (MCAS) was installed to correct for an unexpected extreme nose up pitch. A conditioned that would occur during high AOA. According to a link I provided the larger engines being placed closer to the nose of the aircraft caused the engine nacelles to act like wings creating additional lift. This anomaly may have been detected during the initial test flights.

Cause Europe apart from the UK is worthless. I'd rather die in a Boeing or a McDonnell Douglas than arrive safely in an airbus.

    We don't want vasalls.
We just want other countries to acknowledge all we have done for them and to start carrying their own share.

You did nothing for us and can get lost.

Nothing is more pathetic than begging for compliments.
