Apparently you did not read the report I posted. WE made the Iraqi army appear weak. But we had the sole power that could do that. It was the tactics used by Franks that made them seem less effective.

To try to help you grasp it, Iraq has roads and bridges. Franks managed to isolate the armor of Saddam by destroying his path to Baghdad. Franks caused them to be trapped in various areas. This is why when Tommy reached Baghdad, Baghdad Bob was promising death to Americans as our troops walked in with a lot less resistance.
