would you support him banning CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, NY Times, Washington Post, from the White House?

how about arresting their reporters and editors and putting them in GITMO?

You're missing the point; It doesn't matter if the list is incomplete because Trump has made it PERFECTLY clear that the media who criticize him will face his rage.

Which can be, therefore, any media. (Just because Trump is obsessed with CNN and the NYT doesn't mean others don't face his wrath when they call him out on his actions.)

Trump simply will not accept any words that might in any way, he feels, misrepresent the reality of the day. (Or rather, the reality of the day as he sees it.)

Meaning; if it rains Trump will still claim the sun is shining for he says so. And everybody else is lying.

The big problem is, of course, that Trump is now trying to inject these paranoid disillusions onto the American people.

I'd rather wish he'd left them at his group-therapy. (Where his chair is still empty...)

Millions of us believe MSM is an enemy, for they have destroyed our Press, which should speak truth to power, not be an arm of the corporate democrats. They have willfully made themselves the opposition, of one president, of his supporters, using propaganda to fight trump, instead of reporting the news, keeping American informed in a way that employs journalism and journalistic integrity.

We no longer have a Press. Just the truth so don't act shocked, and don't blast someone for speaking what most of us already know.

The bulk of our press overtly stopped being politically neutral back in 2008 when they pretty much openly campaigned for Barack Obama. It's only gotten worse since then.

To do that he would actually have to use facts instead of irrational bluster. Not happening. Or can you actually provide Trump quotes with actual facts that prove the media dishonest. Oh wait I do remember the biggest innaugural crowds in history, or the dress shops sold out for the innaugural balls. Or the dishonest media claiming he lost the popular vote. Or that the media lied about Russian involvement in the election leaks. So many dishonest media lies it is just too much work to count them all.

But then again there is Breitbart.

Since they are destroying themselves in their mania for destroying Trump for the benefit of the Left, what Trump should do is what he's already doing, which is point at them and their collective insanity . . . and . . . laugh.

LOL at yet another 'the sky is falling' liberal fearmongering... no.... neither does Trump or anyone of his supporters. Exposing them as corporate and liberal/progressive stooges in bed with Washington ruling classes, as liars, lazy, intellectually dishonest, American people despising elitists that they are should suffice.

Not an answer, I responded to what you posted. You can't make up stuff and expect to be believed. When lefties speak I take their words literally.
My advice Chicken Little is worry when your favorite leftist propaganda station is shut down, until then have a beer and relax.

I'm loving it. Not only that he's not backing off, he's doubling down. The best of all, he's 100% correct in the description of the most of U.S corporate media. An important distinction. They're not free media as some dishonest posters here try to imply, they're corporate media. They serve their sponsors, not the people.

Trump: Media Has Their Agenda, And Their Agenda Is Not Your Agenda; "Fake News" Will Not Get Away With It

    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vi...enda_fake_news_will_not_get_away_with_it.html

Trump said he came to Florida and held a rally because he wanted to be "among my friends and among the people."

"It's now been one month since my inauguration and I am here to tell you about our incredible progress in making America great again," Trump opened his speech. "And I am also here to tell you about our plans for the future. And they are big and they are bold and it's what our country is all about. Believe me.

"I am here because I want to be among my friends and among the people, "he said. "This was a great movement. A movement like has never been seen before in our country or probably anywhere else. This was a truly great movement and I want to be here with you, and I will always be with you. I promise you that."

"I want to be in a room filled with hard-working American patriots who love their country, who salute their flag, and who pray for a better future," Trump said to applause.

Trump said the media doesn't "get it," but they are beginning to.

"I also want to speak to you without the filter of the fake news," Trump said to a roaring crowd. "The dishonest media which has published one false story after another with no sources, even though they pretend they have them, they make them up in many cases, they just don't want to report the truth and they've been calling us wrong now for two years. They don't get it, but they are starting to get it. I can tell you that."

"Despite all their lies, misrepresentations, and false stories, they could not defeat us in the primaries, and they could not defeat us in the general election, and we will continue to expose them for what they are and most importantly we will continue to win, win, win!" Trump said to the excited crowd.

"We are not going to let the fake news tell us what to do, how to live, or what to believe," the president promised. "We are free and independent people and we will make our own choices. We are here today to speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I hear your voices, I hear your demands, and I promise I will deliver. I promise you."

Trump said he will continue to call out the media and not let the media "get away" with lies.

"Many of our greatest presidents fought with the media and called them out, oftentimes on their lies. When the media lies to people, I will never ever let them get away with it. I will do whatever I can that they don't get away with it. They have their own agenda, and their agenda is not your agenda," the president said.

"They have become a big part of the problem. They are part of the corrupt system," Trump said.

Here is the latest instalment of fake news, started by the AP, spread by the entire mainstream media and having absolutely nothing to do with the reality:

Donald Trump's administration is considering mobilising as many as 100000 National Guard troops to round up undocumented immigrants

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...mented-unauthorised-latest-news-a7585956.html

Dozens of lies like this are spread by the MSM every single day.

He is stating that HuffPo is suffering from delusion and reporting not just Fake News, but imaginary news.

I watched President Trump’s press conference with the alleged “meltdown,” and all I saw was Trump talking the way he normally talks. The Huffington Post watched and apparently saw some other set of circumstances, 77 minute melt-down. That means we have three possibilities to consider:

    1. Huffington Post saw the situation accurately while I was hallucinating.

    2. My version of events is accurate and Huffington Post hallucinated.

    3. Both the Huffington Post and I were hallucinating.

When I was younger, I would have automatically assumed that I was right and the Huffington Post was either intentionally lying or deluded. My more mature understanding of the world is that most people are hallucinating most of the time. We live in our own personal movies. This is a perfect example. Millions of Americans looked at the same press conference and half of us came away thinking we saw an entirely different movie than the other half. Many of us saw Trump talking the way he normally does, and saying the things he normally says. Other people saw a raving lunatic, melting down.

Those are not the same movies.

So how can we know who is hallucinating in this case? The best way to tell is by looking for the trigger for cognitive dissonance. In this case, the trigger is clear. Trump’s unexpected win forced the Huffington Post to rewrite their mental movies from one in which they were extra-clever writers to one in which they were the dumbest political observers in the entire solar system.

You might recall that the Huffington Post made a big deal of refusing to cover Trump on their political pages when he first announced his candidacy. They only carried him on their entertainment pages because they were so smart they knew he could not win.

    Then he won.

When reality violates your ego that rudely, you either have to rewrite the movie in your head to recast yourself as an idiot, or you rewrite the movie to make yourself the hero who could see what others missed. Apparently the Huffington Post chose to rewrite their movie so Trump is a deranged monster, just like they warned us. That’s what they see. This isn’t an example of so-called “fake” news as we generally understand it. This is literally imaginary news. I believe the Huffington Post’s description of the press conference is literally what they saw. If you gave them lie detector tests, they would swear they saw a meltdown, and the lie detector would say they were telling the truth.

There are two clues that the Huffington Post is hallucinating and I’m not. The first clue is that they have a trigger and I don’t. Reality violated their egos, whereas I was predicting a Trump win all along. My world has been consistent with my ego. No trigger. All I have is a warm feeling of rightness.

The second clue is that the Huffington Post is seeing something that half the country doesn’t see. As a general rule, the person who sees the elephant in the room is the one hallucinating, not the one who can’t see the elephant. The Huffington Post is literally seeing something that is invisible to me and other observers. We see a President Trump talking the way he normally talks. They see a 77-minute meltdown.

Even with all of HuffPo's, as you put it, "editorial oversight or even legal advice", this was their election day publication:

HUFFPOLLSTER: It’s Finally Election Day, And Things Look Good For Democrats

HuffPost’s poll-based forecasts give Hillary Clinton the win and the Democrats a narrow Senate majority. Many Americans are going to be unhappy regardless of the outcome.

“The HuffPost presidential forecast model gives Democrat Hillary Clinton a 98.2 percent chance of winning the presidency. Republican Donald Trump has essentially no path to an Electoral College victory. Clinton’s win will be substantial, but not overwhelming. The model projects that she’ll garner 323 electoral votes to Trump’s 215. For all of 2016’s craziness, that projection actually follows a fairly traditional electoral map…. Florida, Nevada and North Carolina have leaned toward Clinton in the polling averages. The forecast in recent weeks, along with the strength of early voting numbers, makes it seem very likely that these will stay with her…. Ohio is the closest state, according to the HuffPost forecast model. Trump leads by just 1 point, and the polling trend has moved toward the GOP in the last few weeks. The HuffPost model gives Trump about a 70 percent chance of winning the state. In the event that Clinton’s ground game stimulates turnout and pulls Ohio in her direction ― which is not out of the question ― she’ll get 341 electoral votes.”

    98.2% Not 98.3 or 98.1 but 98.2%

And very nice sciency looking graphics:

The Senate is likely to go blue as well - More from HuffPollster: “The Senate is likely to shift to a Democratic majority, with 51 seats, or 50 seats and Tim Kaine as the vice presidential tie-breaker. The HuffPost model says there’s a 66 percent chance Democrats will get 51 or more seats, and a 25 percent chance the chamber ends up with each party at 50 seats….

So a 91% prediction that Dems would effectively control the Senate. Wrong again. Very very wrong.

The key Senate races likely to switch to Democratic from Republican are in Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Indiana. The HuffPost Senate forecast model gives those races fairly high probabilities of switching to Democratic hands. If all five states shift, Democrats will have 51 seats. If our model has Indiana incorrect, Democrats will have 50 seats and will require Kaine’s vote to break ties.”

They lost ALL of them, and two more.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry...ood-for-democrats_us_5821cb07e4b0d9ce6fbe91e4

So they had two choices, admit they couldn't find their own butts with both hands a compass or go start raving mad, they chose door number two.

    Sad!

He took questions from everybody in his hour and half press conference so I don't see the attack on freedom of speech. And lashed out at the phonies, if they can't stand that weight, that's their own damn fault. It is their own fault they are illegitimate.

Almost six websites said the same thing you are trying to refute. Trump did say exactly what these news outlets are saying he said. There is no fake news here. Just because the telephone conversation was cordial and civil, does not mean the media quoted him inaccurately. Sorry, try again!

Trump said nothing about freedom of speech whatsoever and there is no reason for him to not attack corrupt corporations trying to radically and harmfully influence our elections, or government and cause anarchy.

You can worship the super rich corporations if you want and let them be your dictators telling you what to think, do, say, how to vote and how to act. But I won't not me and President Trump has made it clear he will not either.

Tell me, why do you love the mega rich corporations' public relations and sales divisions so much? Do you believe all their advertisements about everything and rabidly hate anyone who doesn't buy everything they sell? Or only if it is sold directly by their sales divisions they call "media?"

Trumpf's supporters can only be described as crypto-fascist airhead zombies. Many of them will realize that, in the coming months. Others will take noticeably longer. Others will fully embrace a new Reich.

lets just hope he never becomes that guy.... he may want that kinda loyalty and power over the people, but I think most Americans would stand against him if he tried

that and Trump imo is just too old to pull it off.. had he been 30 years younger, maybe would be more to worry about
