If this murderer was really trying to hand Progressive Democrats a gift by carrying out this "racist attack", do you really think the authorities in Buffalo (certainly not the local politicians and higher-ups) would be anxious to reveal the truth if there were indicators that the attack may likely not have been what it seemed?

Well, you have answered your own question. When legal gun owners stop an actual criminal madman the victim totals under 4 people- the exact number of people required for the illegal shooting event to be labeled a "mass shooting".

Killing becomes easy BECAUSE of the tool. The tool IS a key.

If the tool weren't available, it would not be possible for one individual to carry out the events being wrecked upon US civilians as they go about their lives.

If you think there is a different key, you should be promoting that.

 

Cars kill and maim and cost insurance money and pollute. Guns keep our police and civilians safe, and keep soldiers safe. They keep the civilian populace alive where police response times can be 30 min or worse.

Guns keep you safe when the gov isn't around to save you. Guns remind the gov they work for us, not the other way around. This will make no sense to you, you'd rather trust your gov to be your savior.

 

The things you say are preposterous if not childish. You really do seem to not understand every aspect of not only weapons but what the job of the police happens to be.

 

Everything is a tool if you simplify enough. This tool will never enter a state of not being available, so we should probably do well to keep these conversations in the realm of reality. I mean if we just want to fantasize why not start with no criminals? It not like having fewer guns stops people from stabbing each other or using cars/whatever to do what we've been doing forever.

I think we should be actually doing something to the actual criminals instead of low bonds, letting them out early, and actually enforcing the laws we have.

Humanity existed from the beginning of time before cars came along which are fairly recent invention.

Roughly 43,000 people died on the nation's roads last year. But because we think we couldn't get by without cars we deem those deaths acceptable.

Even if it saved just one life would you give up your car?

 

I'm not the one fantasizing about weapons suddenly disappearing, why go down that road? You know it's unrealistic.
