I think he was getting serious pressure to unify around a candidate that is less radical/crazy than Bernie. There are some big players in the Dem party that are scared to death of the bern.

We have been here before Mr Seal. My opinion obviously attracts your interest.

I believe that was intentional. My impression was that he wanted to keep his positions on issues covert. Obama did a good job being very vague about where he stood on issues and Pete seemed to be going by that playbook. Pete just wanted us to think he was intelligent without actually saying anything.

I'm not aware of any wing of the GOP that comes anywhere close to the Muslim wing of the Dem party on this issue.

He realized he can't get the southern black vote so I bet he's hoping for a position in the cabinet or he is hoping to be on the ticket as VP.

Yes it does. I find it rather unusual for someone that lives half a world away to be so anti Trump. The US is nothing like the fake left media portrays. Racism, sexism and all the phobias are such a trivial part of everyday American life. The one or two ugly acts per week that’s highlighted by the media is nothing compared to the hundreds of millions random acts of kindness that occur everyday in America. The Democratic Primary should be your first clue. For years the Dems have been saying nearly every older white male in the US is racist yet look what has happened. All the Democratic candidates of different races, color and gender lifestyle are out. No more Beto, Harris, Booker, Buttigieg, Patrick, Yang or Castro. Explain this if you can.

Won't Pete and Steyer remain on the printed ballots?

I reckon I have already explained that in some detail. However, of interest, is this question. Do you have the same POV with someone who lives half a world away being so PRO Trump?

Every single issue in America is about race relations between whites and blacks.

Where was this whining when it was Ross Perot taking votes from Bush? I don't recall anyone from side voicing concerns then...

I liked him but maybe he just ran out of cash? He's only 38 so he could always run again.

So weird that he does it now, people won't have time to decide who they want to support instead lol

He should have hung on, as SNL pointed out the rest of the candidates will probably be wiped out by the Coronavirus.

He wants to make intentionally giving someone HIV a misdemeanor. So does Elizabeth Warren and who knows how many others at this point, though...

I've noticed our civilization has been getting up to a lot of weird things ever since it accepted "gay marriage".

Maybe he was dividing the Biden delegates and he was pressured to get out before Bernie gets too far ahead.

Who is whining? Your question was:
"Have you ever seen either party allow someone with so little accomplishment get on the national stage?"

    The answer is "Trump".

When you accepted Perot without question you lost any legitimacy in making such claims against other billionaire business people. No doubt you fail to see the blatant hypocrisy...

When did I "accept" Ross Perot???
Anyway - your question was "Have you ever seen either party allow someone with so little accomplishment get on the national stage?"
Perot ran as an independent, not for one of the two main parties, so he has no relevance to your question. The answer to your question is "Trump".

I’m surprised he got out before Super Tuesday.

He never really had a chance. He did better than expected as a gay mayor from a small city.
