He rolls down the window, and I do my best Boss Hog impersonation, bit out of your jurisdiction ??? He did the Jacky Gleason haminah haminah, I got lost, crossed the Bridge, looking very nervous, I don't know where I am or how to get back, I responded, no problem, I will escort you back to the County line, just follow me. I lit it up and escorted him back to Bayone without any trouble like NEW JERSEY always gave us !!-!! LEOSA eliminated all that trouble.....
A friend of mine drove to New Hampshire from Texas to see his daughter. He was planning on taking his pistol with him. He had no idea of the trouble he could have gotten into had he taken it. I think he drove through New York and New Jersey. It's a pity that some states try their hardest to manufacture criminals. I didn't ask him if he was ever pulled over in his pickup with Texas plates.

can someone justify this arrest as furthering public safety? Yes. Absolutely. The woman was a menace to society. I am sure countless lives have been saved by her arrest. I heard her intent was to put the gun into her checked bags then while the plane was in the air she was going to go to the restroom, then rip out the toilet like Leo DiCaprio in "Catch Me If You Can", climb into the cargo hold, retrieve her gun and shoot all the passengers. Once that part of her plan was complete she was going to force the flight crew to land the plane in Albuquerque where she would demand $200,000 and four parachutes. She would then force the crew to take off again flying north at a slow speed and low altitude. Once the plane neared Portland Oregon and the Columbia River she would have jumped out landing safely with her loot. Once she had stashed the money and hidden the parachute she would take out her gun and commit suicide because everyone knows crazy people always shoot themselves with a pistol!
