    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2816320/Canada-imposes-visa-ban-nations-Ebola-raging.html

"Canada will stop issuing visas to people from the three West African nations where the Ebola is widespread, the government said on Friday.

The federal citizenship ministry, explaining the move, said in an official document that 'the introduction or spread of the disease would pose an imminent and severe risk to public health'."

Seems like a common sense move to me and now Canada has joined Australia in the ban.

Thoughts? Right move or are Aussies and Canadians now "fearmongering" and "Anti-science"?

Good for them. Our bumbling and stumbling Loser in Chief may need to take a page from the balls of Canadians.

Gee! How in the world did right wing Americans get ahold of Canadian Ebola policy?
Apparently someone forgot to tell them that you have a better chance of bleeding to death from a paper cut than contracting Ebola (according to
the anti public health left, of course).

There is only one logical reason to NOT ban visas. If your goal is to flood America with diseased turd worlders from the south then you MUST insist on uncontrolled borders in all circumstances.

    NOTHING ELSE MAKES ANY SENSE.

Obola wants to destroy America. This is part of the plan.

The decision to ban visas from countries where there is an Ebola outbreak is a licit possibility [different from stopping air traffic from and to those countries] and has to be taken in relation with the capabilities of the country to manage the matter and of course in relation with the political "fallout" of such a policy. May be that Canadian government has evaluated that Canadian health authorities are not that ready to face any eventual problem, but I think that political considerations about the consequences of an eventual Ebola case in Canada have played the main role in this.

Reality could be also that since Canada had bad experience during SARS out break [as the article reminds], Canadian authorities don't want to live such a situation again.

In Italy, for example, our Health Ministry evaluates that out sanitary system is absolutely ready to deal with eventual cases of Ebola among immigrants from Africa [they arrive on daily base by boat ... and without any visa!]. So that, we are not banning visas, such a move cannot stop illegal immigrants from Africa ... our Navy does this in the sea.

OAU should ban all travel and commerce with Canada and Australia.

One good turn deserves another. Neither of these two countries contributed to the fight against Ebola.

You can look up the facts, before shooting off your mouth, or you can just make ill tempered ill informed comments not grounded in reality. ttp://www.ctvnews.ca/health/five-ways-canada-is-contributing-to-the-fight-against-ebola-1.2021392 Ebola

The idea of the OAU cutting off it's own nose to spite it's face because Canada and Australia have done "nothing" to fight Ebola is absurd.

The "low grade propaganda" here is, in reality, your fact free posts. Unfortunately there is no penalty here for flat our lies.

Just like he did about ISIS after British PM David Cameron exposed the ball-less wonder on that catastrophic error.

I think has more to do with not wanting to treat infected people in Canada and naturally assume all the costs associated with that treatment, than any overt fear on Canadians part of contracting the disease.

For the most part, our paranoid knee jerk reactionaries do not have a very high profile in our political discourse, while media coverage in such cases tends to be heavily biased towards professional and scientific expertise.

Why wouldn't the exact same economic argument apply to the USA?

Wake up. Obola won't do the obvious simply because his plans include flooding America with diseased south of the border illegal aliens. Uncontrolled borders must remain unquestioned.

the fact you actually believe such outrageous nonsense is truly sad.

Maybe you can help me out here.

How much does a ticket to conservo-lala land cost anyway? And why does it seem that there are only one way tickets to it but no returns available?

MAINLY BECAUSE APPLICATION OF THE SAME ECONOMIC DESERVES THE SAME CONSIDERATION. - which should be not at all.

I posited the economic argument because of the on-going behavior our of conservative government. (Our conservatives would be considered quasi commies in the US).

Of course you just throw out these idiotic Obama hating garbage and then run away from it when your bullcrap is called on. No worries, I know from whence you came and where you are going.
