Maybe her values reflect those of the Democratic Party....Evidently, Candace Owens values reflect those of Trump, Hannity and Laura Ingraham.... To each his/her own.

I haven’t seen their platform this year. Is that part of it or are you just blowing it out your shorts again?

How did you turn from "she" into "they." Logical fallacy rules the day.

I ask myself how this continue to happen (90% + support when the community is being harmed).
For starters, Mark Twain stated that it is easier to con a man than convince him he has been conned. The left has been shrieking that Trump (and McCain... and milk toast Romney!) are evil racists! They must be fought! Very difficult to accept that they are not: they have a different world view where liberty and opportunity are more important than stasis. Candace has done a terrific job looking at facts, like rising wages and has determined that she wants that. She's going a great job and I hope people continue to pay attention.

    Yes ....

I have a great true story about helping blacks.
At this time, I owned my machine shop. Not a mega shop, but a shop with myself and 3 to 4 full time machinists. I had a black man from Sacramento show up one day to seek me to buy advertising gifts I could pass out to customers or to attract new customers.

What I selected was a great hologram calendar with an astronaut space walking outside the space vehicle.

We are talking of 1968 when the public still saw men in space as magic.

Anyway, I bought the calendars from the black salesman and got to chatting with him over race.

I recall my commenting that education is vital to getting out of poverty. And other such issues.

He informed me he had a bother living in AZ so he drove to visit him. He was sick at how his brother was living. The salesman drove a new Chrysler product. I recall the car was brown.

He reported to me what he did for his brother. He got rid of all bedding in the house and got all new bedding. He got rid of all towels and replaced all. He either cleaned out the refrigerator or had it done and put in new good food. The roach infested home had to be fumigated. So he had that done. It needed all new carpets. HE bought those.

He paid to have the inside and outside of the home painted.

He gave to his brother and his family a brand new outlook on life he hoped.

About a month after finishing the house, he goes back to see what all happened. HE was angry at his brother since it was trash again.

What I am hinting at is when you pay your money to fix the problem for others, they have no reason to appreciate your efforts. And they are almost always putting the property back to the trashed condition.

Those receiving welfare do not care the money they get for free, came from a person who was willing to work and willing to sacrifice for their own family. And they don't give a dam that the money for food was ripped off from others.

What fate awaits the Mexicans that left huts when they get to America? And when they eat free food, what will make them care one bit that some family gave up that money for the Mexican to eat Tacos?

I'm sure she's a nice lady, but she got destroyed by Joe Rogan of all people.

She is fearless, thinks on her feet, and obviously a good conservative lady, but she needs to up her intellectual game.

I've heard that it is very difficult to move from a handout system worth 10s of thousands between health care, housing, clothing, furniture allowance, food stamps (which I support: subsidize food for surpluses to guard against shortage, causes increased prices, so, subsidize the poorest so they can buy it...) but, to get a job that pays that? At which rung of the ladder do you need to be on to be able to buy all of that on your own? Sometimes, people do just click. I barely dragged my boy kicking and screaming through high school. He despised every moment of it. Then, he did kitchen service for 2 years and realized he wanted more. Hardest job I know is working in a kitchen. So he went to HVAC school and has been working full time for 4 years. But, to quote him, he got hungry. Without prodding from me, he's working full time in HVAC but also getting an Associates part time in open enrollment HVAC college and he's paying for it himself. But he's got me supporting (financially and spiritually) him while he does it. What happens to that Mexican leaving that hut and has the US Government offering them $60K in benefits... as long as they don't get jobs? They're building a new dependent class that will be obedient. Freedom is better.
Me too. I'm old and I'm still learning. She's a 30 year old kid. I enjoy listening to her most when she is speaking of her own lived experiences: a realization that liberty and opportunity can mean so much more than handouts and victim hood.
I heard a good story about a guy that emptied septic tanks for a living. Eventually, he bought his own truck, and then a few more and hired staff. He became a millionaire saying, "other people's **** became my passion".
That millionaire is better off providing a vital service to the community than he would be calling himself a victim. I think Candace is telling people that.
