Israel refuses to allow the Palestinians the right of peaceful protest which is what the last 6 weeks were supposed to be. That is something by International Law she is has an obligation to allow. Instead she calls the intended protest 'riots' and surrounds them with snipers to kill them.

Palestinians know that the Israelis love murdering them. They know nothing will make the soldiers more happy than seeing them dead - look for instance how the Israelis deliberately chose to kill a man who had already lost both his legs and clearly could be no danger to anyone. They love to kill. They have the Palestinians holed up somewhere where facilities are so bad that the frequently have sewerage in the sea and in the street and where they only get 3 or 4 hours of electricity a day. The UN knows that with the siege and the continuous bombing into ruins Gaza is not fit for human beings. The Palestinians know they have nothing. Absolutely no hope. Your President removed the last vestige of that hope when he chose to make sure there would be no justice for them, which is what this moving of the Embassy represents. That is why they said they would protest at the beginning. Not because for one minute they did not know that nothing would make the American Christian Right and Israelis more happy than to see them being killed. It's a bit like a fox hunt.

One of the things Israeli snipers have been deliberately doing through the past few weeks is injuring and killing Palestinian press. They did the same during their 2014 massacre killing then I think it was 9.
