There have been sports coaches who molested young athletes so what does that tell us about sports coaches? Well I do think the Chinese handled this poorly I would have arranged for families to go to Saudi Arabia during their duty to go to Mecca and paid for some of this if I was China they once they were there pull their right to return and declare them no longer Chinese citizens and confiscate their goods to cover the costs of doing this they could have eliminated millions of them at once at low cost. And these Muslims could move to nations that want them other than China. With the Social Credit system them will have few choices assimilate and behave or be drastically limited in functioning in society at the national level likely as a group for a long time. My guess the young will bend their knee and surrender so they can have some kind of normal life.

there are 56 millions muslim in china, + 40,000 mosque in china, which is about 20 time more mosque than here in US of 2,000. ever wonder why only some the ethnic minority of xinjiang muslim uyghur been held? its because they want establish a East Turkestan, and use terrorist attack to achieve its goals multiple times. also some dont want to learn chinese, which is fine, but then complain they can't find jobs when no company hire them due to their low skills. Also in minority region such as xinjiang, tibet, inner mongolia, shop/street sign have both native language + mandarin, can't say the same here in US state that have alot minorities. furthermore ethnic minority get special treatment to enroll college, which allow them get into college with lower score than Han ethnic group. same with loans, and other benefits.

But collectivism now means humans living responsibility-free while robots do all the work and social pressures are alleviated by eliminating diversity of opinion, enforcing conformity with social credit scores according to a popular majority metric. Or so its proponents seem to think when pressed on the issue. Its not people working together anymore, its people living like children as wards of a giant computer-driven nanny state.

 

Europians should learn something from the Chinese.
