Meh. We should have better education and training with better jobs and self-employment opportunities to match. We have plenty of low-skill work available already, even with our greedy corporations giving as many jobs to the Chinese as they can get away with. There are always plastic products manufacturers, distilleries, print shops, warehouses, natural resource extraction and processing, construction, &c, &c, &c jobs available. Even when we're in economic recession, we have those jobs. Remember, we're enjoying record unemployment right now. You thank Trump for it, which is bogus, as that was already the trend before he took office and he has done absolutely nothing that has caused a single job to come here from China or anywhere else.

How do you know? They probably get work pretty quickly, provided they're eligible and able, and not locked up in a prison camp.

Fracking is only one method of production

Oil production has slowed somewhat due to oversupply but it stll is a job producer for conservatives at least who dont want to be on welfare

Dont put all the blame on corporations

It was the globalist swamp rats in washington who opened our market to cheap chinese imports

That forced corporation to move offshore

The "globalist swamp rats" are bought and paid for by the wealthy, i.e. the greedy corporations (and their investors).

where did ppl trash US? I certainly never did also I grow in US but bi-lingual, its dumb to use grammar on a forum as indicator of their nationality. you do it because you don't have counter argument.

its not tougher its the reality, company will move to cheapest place to maximize profit. their loyalty is to the share holder, not the country citizens. its call capitalist.

Prior to globalism taking hold “the rich” were accused of excuding foreign competition sothat they could enslave helpless American workers

If anyone bribed the washington swamp rats it was the chinese who wanted access to the American market

Companies based in the US have obligations to America and used to proudly live up to thst responsibility

But even if they are totally eaten up with hate-America sentiment doing business with china is stupid and self defeating

A lot of our oil field workers went to ND, because of the high pay. Most returned, because the high pay was eaten up by extreme high living costs and the work condition were horrible.
Now China is the bad guy, Vietnam next, or India, or Laos, or or or.
Understand, as long as there are low labour cost countries, that's were mass production will go.

They get big campaign donations from the wealthy in America, not from the Chinese. The wealthy in America get their big money in part by stiffing American workers every way they can, including having Republicans pass legislation that helps transfer wealth from us to them. The propaganda angle they and their pet Republicans use to get the very Americans they're bleeding to go along with it all is "Socialism! Communism! BLARGH!"

Actually the clintons have collected millions of legal and illegal chinese money since the 1990s

We have globalists in both parties and in the corporations

And the result is free trade with the largest anti American government on the planet

If you're American and grew up in America.

Please tell me what public school system you grew up in.

(So I can make sure to avoid it)
