Its getting tiresome them stealing our IPs between outrageous contracts that our business leaders stupidly sign and more old fashioned attempts like this one. Its kind of hard to compete with a country that can abuse its workforce. Lots of money + a slave wage populace = a near impossible opponent. Their achilles heel is that they don't have the imagination to create anything themselves, but they're buying up the IP instead, or just stealing it. And since they just send people here to learn/infiltrate corporations, they can't be stopped. And once they have it its theirs. Can't sue them. Can't wage war against them. Everyone in the world is just stuck. And WE'RE the bad guys=) Now will Apple see this and truly respond? This was obviously not just this one guy doing it alone.
