Clinton's server was not hacked - they tried but did not manage it hence why the FBI has to physically access the server hard drive. The government servers that Clinton should have used were hacked though

Hillary's server was hacked and most in the IC and the FBI believe it.....and yes the State Dept Computers were used to hack the WH. All due to Hillarys people and Hillarys incompetency.

This is being discussed in another thread and has nothing to do with China gangstering US property.

With respect to potential computer intrusion by hostile actors, we did not find direct evidence that Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail domain, in its various configurations since 2009, was successfully hacked. But, given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved, we assess that we would be unlikely to see such direct evidence. We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account......snip~

If you don't want to discuss it, why bring up such a long defence?
As for your extract, the FBI does not state that it was hacked. They state that someone's computer was hacked. That is like saying that the gmail server has been hacked because someone managed to hack my pc and had access to my emails. They also state "actors potentially involved" meaning the Russians. You cannot have it both ways - server hacked by Russians or server not hacked by Russians. What is definitely known is that the government server that Clinton was supposed to use was definitely hacked.

Meanwhile, some here want to start WW3 over the confiscation of a toy used for spying that can be bought on the internet for around $1000 and probably made in China

Comeys statement was a lot longer I only went to the part that mattered. So it was quite short and accurate. Hillarys people were assessed to have been breached. They also assessed that it was possible Hillary was. Like I said most in the IC, Computer Security Techs, and the FBI believe she was breached. Also, Hillary and her people didn't just let the Russians in. They let other hostile actors in too.

    We are discussing it here.

Yet again, another nation realizes that they are dealing with a weak president in Obama.

That dot connecting is fascinating to me.

The only thing left that could make obama look even more pathetic is if Assad came over and gave him a wedgie on live tv, then a nugey.

Update: Trump Tweets and China hurries up and responds while Bending over.

China Will Transfer Seized U.S. Drone in ‘Appropriate’ Way.....

China’s ministry of defense promised to return a U.S. Navy underwater drone in an “appropriate” manner after it scooped up the submersible in the South China Sea late this week and triggered a diplomatic row. It also criticized the U.S. for hyping the incident.

The ministry made the pledge on its Weibo social media account late Saturday night. It followed a U.S. demand for the vessel and assurances from Beijing that the two governments were working to resolve the spat, which were punctuated by a tweet from President-elect Donald Trump denouncing the seizure as “unprecedented.”

The drone incident was disclosed in a Pentagon announcement on Friday. China’s ministry said the U.S. “unilaterally hyped the case in public,” which it said wasn’t helpful in solving the problem smoothly. The U.S. has “frequently” sent its vessels and aircrafts into the region, and China urges such activities to stop, the ministry said in its Weibo message.

Trump slammed the Chinese navy’s capture of the unmanned underwater vehicle in a message to his 17.4 million Twitter followers.

“China steals United States Navy research drone in international waters -- rips it out of water and takes it to China in unprecedented act,” Trump wrote Saturday in a tweet sent hours after the Chinese government said it had been in touch with the U.S. military about the incident......snip~

Yep, and many of those in this thread wanted WW3 to start over this event. They are just itching for war with someone so will be very disappointed that this war did not start after the $1000 toy was confiscated

Why would the US care about China running a few drones hundreds of kms from Hawaii. You do realise this was 100s of kms from the nearest recognised piece of Chinese territory, don't you? It was 50 miles from Subic bay in the Philippines, which is a LONG way from Chinese territory. It is close to a lot of ocean that China illegally claims as its territorial waters. The US is no more bound to care about that that it would be to Cuba claiming the waters off Sth Carolina.

The Chinese took it right on the edge of their maritime claims.

Since when is an oceanographic submersible called an "underwater drone"? Is that for Trump's fourth-grade speaking level, and his followers?

Remind me, how far is that 'claim' from China's actual territorial waters? How far from the Philippines? Bet I know which is MUCH closer.

China's 'Maritime Claims' are a dangerous fantasy that completely ignores history, law and precedent. China claims virtually the whole of the Sth China Sea, including parts that are many hundreds of kms from its own territorial waters, but virtually on the coastlines of other nations. Additionally, China occupies islands that either were the territory of other nations relatively recently or are claimed by nations far closer to them than China. Google 'nine dash line' if you want to see how absurd this is.

China's 'claims' are an attempt to annex a vast area of ocean that contains some of the busiest maritime routes in the world, significant resources and vast areas of ocean legitimately claimed by other nations. Treating China's claims as real poses substantially greater risks to the region in the long term than ignoring them. This whole episode is about Chinese bullying. Nothing more.

From a Chinese point of view: them are the actual territorial waters and who does the US think they are to say what is what from all across the globe?

If you look closely enough, you would see the words "made in China" on the hull of the drone. You can buy one on the internet
