Christianity is a relationship with God. Why does it matter if it's technically a religion? Not everything has to be in a neat category.

Christianity is first and foremost a relationship with God. James 1:27 uses the term pure and undefiled religion but it's not a good term.

Your OP doesn't really explain Christianity, just what you believe will happen in the future. Beyond that deficit, how do you know that your god is the "right" one?

The Old Testament doesn't say that the Messiah is the Suffering Servant because it gives a messianic profile. The Bible isn't there to tell us everything about everything, it can't, it's a limited document.
