The Republicans brought an immigration bill to the table and the Democrats rejected it.

Schumer is mostly correct here.... this administration caused this crisis without legislation and they can fix it without legislation.

Leftist need to snap out of this delusion that the President's pen is the sole instrument of Constitutionality in America, Congress writes and passes the law.

Democrats are hyping this child separation thing as if it were an extinction level event, even though we're talking about handfuls of people, but when given a chance to actually do something about it they shrug it off and give a surprisingly honest reason for doing so in the process.

Under Obama, when illegal border crossers were put into the criminal justice system, families were indeed separated. Obama, of course, rarely prosecuted, even though the law calls for it.

Neither Democrats nor the media cared about family separation then, which proves this manufactured and coordinated uproar is only about politics.
