I'm British by birth and emigrated here to the US in 96. I'm now a citizen and I call myself an American because to call myself British American is an insult to my adopted country. Others insult the US freely by calling themselves African American, Asian American or Mexican American, but I won't, I'm an American.
I resent the illegals more than most because I entered the US and became a citizen the hard way, the legal way, and for someone to simply walk across the border and say "I'm here, where's my EBT card" is just plain wrong. Even worse are the liberals who welcome these criminals with open arms and try and change the law for their benefit.

If you look at the federal statue, "illegal alien" is the legal term for any alien who is on American soil who isn't in possession of a valid visa.

The other legal term for an illegal alien is unauthorized alien.

Anyone on American soil who isn't an American citizen is an alien.

There are legal aliens who are in possession of a valid visa and illegal aliens who are not in possession of a valid visa.

All of this Marxist bull **** began in the early 1970's when the "New Left" who were in the process of gaining control of the Democratic party adopted cultural-marxism.

funny thing is when I was London, Plymouth , Man City, Liverpool, people were telling(advising) me to keep my comments about Islam(Wahhabism) to myself as its frowned upon and I could get in some trouble, this is from personal experience, as Im used to saying things that is on my mind in America as we have a first amendment right here.

Because "alien" is a legal term and given to a person who is not a citizen or a national of a country some countries refers to them as "foriegn nationals" some refers to it as "aliens"

Your country uses that term to describe those who are not British citizens, Irish Citizens

They don't care if you take it court, cause the objective is to get you arrested, spend some time in jail with some infected junkie off the street who may assault you, infect you with HIV or fentynal and maybe you die.

At the very least, it will be taking money out your pocket for bail and then more money for attorney and then the 1st kook judge you will encounter will ENFORCE the Kook law, forcing you to spend MORE money till you can get to high enough court where there is an actual judge familiar with the US Constitution, who will finally overrule the lower court.

Then they just arrest you again on some allegation, this time the fight is more difficult because you have "prior" history of "hate speech" even though you were exonerated. More money and soon, you run out of money and now the 3rd time you get arrested you don't have money for bail, and you have stay in prison for couple years waiting an appeal like Roger Stone.

Or they might just get to the point like the Left Fabian Socialist party in Britain, where the judge just MAKES UP A LAW as you enter the courtroom, like Tommy Robinson and you are in solitary confinement without access to journalist for as long as they like.
