how prisoners live effects us all.countries around the world garner their opinion by how we treat all of our citizens, even the incarcerated.prisoners are routinely tied to tables, tied to chairs, they have what is called spit gaurds placed over their faces.privacy is also a huge issue inprison,if overcrowding is a problem, they put two to a cell, showers are also not private as they stick out from atop walls and they line up 20 or 25 at a time and make them take showers together.the prison system is a shame and is run by the worst kind of criminals.the civil rights package for prisoners should include privacy and the ability to tie down people should never be allowed.

Have you ever been to jail or worked in a jail? There is no right to privacy in jail and why should there be? Please explain how staff can maintain a safe and secure environment if inmates are allowed privacy? Did you ever hear of PREA?
