    According to U.S. Code (Military Code of Conduct)
    Article II:
    I will never surrender     of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender the members of my command while they still have the means to resist.

    While liberal Democrats surrendered and refused to stop Communist expansion in the world and refused to continuing fighting the Cold War in the early 1970's and would side with the Soviet Union until Reagan won the Cold War...Lt. Col North refused to surrender.

    Lt. Col. North came up with a scam to keep fighting the Cold War preventing communist expansion in the Western Hemisphere.

    He got some free obsolete weapons from Israel and sold them to Iran and took the profits and spent them on continuing fighting the Cold War.

    Lt. Col. Oliver North (USMC)...

    Earned one of these (It's the most important one to U.S. Marines)
