Too bad the Biden Regime is implementing "green new deal" energy policy which will eventually lead to rolling blackouts... That will limit your air conditioning a bit...

I have no doubt he'll try. But I'm pretty sure WV v. EPA will have his tit in a ringer as soon as the entirety of the implications are rolled out. In other words, not real concerned.

What I hate about lawsuits is that they always take forever so a person ends up living the tyranny before the tyranny can be reversed (unless there's an injunction).

A dangerous and extended heat wave with 90-degree heat is gripping the northeastern United States as if right on cue for the dog days of summer. Record-challenging heat will not only persist straight through the weekend in major cities up and down the Eastern Seaboard, but temperatures may also climb to levels that haven’t been felt for 10 years in some locations, AccuWeather meteorologists warn.

By Sunday, some 160 million Americans are expected to experience an AccuWeather RealFeel® Temperature of 100 degrees or higher, the AccuWeather forecasting team cautioned.

It's hot in July and August.
In other news, water is wet.

So?? It's not out of the ordinary for those areas to reach those temperatures during Summer. Weather happens and will always happen and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

The entire Northern Hemisphere is seeing record-breaking temperatures. So no, this is not normal; at least it didn't used to be.

One third of humanity is experiencing dangerously high temperatures. So no, this is not normal.

No, "the entire northern hemisphere" is not seeing record-breaking temperatures.
Germany 2022 Summer ‘Heat Wave’? So Far July Has Been Cooler Than Long-Term Mean
    By P Gosselin on 19. July 2022

The media and climate activists have been shouting about the hot weather in Europe – as if it has reached historic dimensions. They’ve been using wild fantasy 10-day model projections to intensify the sense of alarm. The whole act of course is to try to get people to think we’re in crisis and, like with COVID-19, to get a permanent state of emergency and lockdowns enacted.

How hot has the summer been in Germany so far this year?

We know June came in 2°C warmer than normal – warm, but nothing unusual. Certainly, with all the media hype we’ve been hearing, July must have been a real scorcher so far. But, as it’s sadly been the case for quite some time now, there’s a huge difference between reality and what the fake media report. Fact: July has been running cooler than normal in Germany so far (up to July 18).

Yesterday at Facebook, Marcel Olberfeld posted the temperature anomaly data so far for July-2022 for a variety of stations across Germany.

No, it isn't. Here in Southern Wisconsin it's been a very typical Summer. Highs usually in the 80s (sometimes into the low 90s). Records get broken all the time. All that is happening is weather. You can't change weather, dude.

It is completely normal. It is just weather being weather. Nothing has changed. Nothing needs to be feared or addressed or whatever else.

No. The Northern Hemisphere is simply experiencing this little thing called SUMMER. It happens every (roughly) June - August (meteorological).

    It is normal.

They know that they just want to dishonestly claim that weather is climate.

    The disaster is here

More than 1 billion people face displacement by 2050 - report

LONDON (Reuters) - Rapid population growth, lack of access to food and water and increased exposure to natural disasters mean more than 1 billion people face being displaced by 2050, according to a new analysis of global ecological threats.
    https://www.reuters.com/article/eco...ace-displacement-by-2050-report-idUSKBN2600K4

Thanks to continued nonsense like much of what we see posted in this forum, because of people like trump and his supporters, this is the future and there is no way to avoid it.

And if your water stops running, be sure to thank the republicans.

That article does nothing to connect those homeowner decisions to national energy policy.

There were multiple carbon monoxide deaths in Texas during their energy disaster.

Those had nothing to do with clean energy or energy prices caused by Texas restrictions on fuel used for electricity.

The OTHER problem with your cite is that it claims Obama said something that he absolutely did NOT say.

Specifically, he didn't say anything about renewable energy in that clip.

The problem with your favorite blogger is that he doesn't give a CRAP what people say as long as it sounds like it supports his personal views.

And, then YOU come along and suck it up, because it's what YOU want to hear!!

    That's what weather reporters do.

Are there times when you AREN'T afraid?

Do you have another color preference for indicating "hot"?

Tesla Motorists Frustrated To The Limit, Have To Endure Hours-Long Charging Delays In Extreme Heat
    By P Gosselin on 29. July 2022

Holiday makers frustrated by long waits to charge their Teslas in Croatia.

Here’s more on the folly of electric cars. Those who own electric vehicles may feel good about their perceived CO2 reductions, but that good feeling rapidly disappears in real life in many cases when these crappy cars leave them stranded.

Not only is the production of the raw materials to produce the batteries having a major impact on the environment, but so iis the disposal of the batteries.

Moreover, we’ve heard horror stories of the expense required to replace the batteries after a comparatively short life, making replacement uneconomical. It is a truly a folly with vast dimensions. Expect the e-car to end up on the garbage landfills of history – right with the mercury-laden energy saving lamps no one talks about anymore.

Germany’s RTL public broadcaster reports on how “Tesla drivers need nerves of steel on vacation in Croatia.” The Balkan country is a popular summer holiday destination for Germans, and other Europeans of course.

Waiting hours in extreme heat to charge up

According to RTL, dozens of Tesla drivers had to wait “in extreme summer heat in front of a charging station near the A1 highway in Otocac, Croatia, to charge their cars. Many are on their way from the capital Zagreb towards the coast.”

Someone forgot to tell Tesla drivers that Croatia charging infrastructure still has a ways to go. “Croatian media report that the sparse development of charging stations is responsible for the traffic jam.” Supposedly the country has only 8 places where you can charge a Tesla.

“According to Croatian authorities, this corresponds to the demand of currently registered electric cars in the vacation destination. The many tourists who take their electric cars on vacation have obviously not been considered in this calculation.”

E-car motorists probably also were not told that the air conditioner also significantly reduces the range of their eco-friendly car, thus making more hours-long charging stops necessary. Welcome to the green new deal (stupid)!

To think I was about to move to Croatia!

As for the US, maybe we should be improving our electricity distribution system.

Do you think your article would move any of our congressmen?

With luck the EV fashion will fade before too much money is wasted on EV infrastructure.

Well, that would certainly be lucky for Big Oil!

But, the health care costs of exhaust polluted cities would be great to cut out of our taxes.
