Point is I live by my beliefs while you and virtually all others in the cult do not.

I think they care very much about the environment and are very conscientious about it outside of AGW. Look how CA is banning straws or places are banning plastic bags. Sometimes though, I think they are very short sighted and or don't understand the consequences of their policies. As an example, banning straws is dumb. It would be more effective to fine restaurants whose weight in waste per month exceeds their weight in recycle and compost and then use the money from the fines to supplement the cost for recycling and regulations of recycling. In this way all plastics in the oceans and land could be reduced.

Another example is their fetish for electric cars while not understanding the consequences of increasing the burning of fossil fuels and the efficiency loss to maintain the electric grid and then send that electricity miles to power your electric car.

The OP is about individuals actions and lifestyles. As individuals the true believers are less environmental than skeptics.

So why would you care about being "environmental" as you say?

You think NASA and AGW is a hoax, don't you?

    :EDIT:

Sorry, NASA is in to conspiracy theories...

Thanks for once again proving what I've said in here countless times. The cult doesn't know the difference between being a true believer and actually caring about the environment. They are not synonymous.

Don't post if you're not going to make sense.

Or, are you making unfounded accusations?

The OP proves the accusations. True believers live in a less environmental fashion than skeptics

    Wow!

Show me the mathematical proof, or make a good argument instead of just spamming.

    No conspiracy, just human nature.

AGW, GW, ACC, CC are all pure hoax and NASA scientist make good living of it with no responsibility for any outcome.

Would trade good living for miserable living when you don't have to?

No, the study said "Climate change skeptics were most likely to _report_ pro-environmental behavior."

Keyword, "report". It was a self-reported survey. That's a huge red flag. 58% of Americans self-report that they go to church every Sunday, but the pews are empty. Self-reporting is only useful if all parties are equally honest. They're not. Conservatives put a priority on looking moral over being honest, even in anonymous surveys, and especially on anonymous message boards.

In this case, the survey was very obvious about matching environmental action with environmental belief. So, a good chunk of the conservative deniers were willing to fudge their answers to make their cult look good.

Also, no adjusting for income. Going trendy-green, as this survey asked about, is expensive.

So, we're not hypocrites. You're just not good at judging research.
