To me, this proves a lack of diversity problem. They deserve to be called out on it. To me, it shows an obvious hiring bias. They could obviously find plenty of qualified, leftist, propagandists among other groups, if they were color and religion blind. It doesn't prove any grander conspiracy theory, though.
