Well that is how it goes in practice. Doesn't mean that it's not the idea behind communism. In theory, in a capitalistic world the farmers wouldn't get any subsidies. They get billions in the US! In theory the banks do not get any financial aid form the government. But we got this "to big to fail" thing, and they were giving billions. CEO pocketed millions upon millions as a bonus when their banks went completely bankrupt. The US government was weak and a total joke to allow that all to happen when helping them out in their capitalistic idea.
