Justice Department ignored Elise Stefanik and the leader of the House Intelligence Committee demand that investigators probe former Donald Trump attorney Michael Cohen for alleged perjury before Congress.
Jordan and Comer wrote in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland. “We again request that the Justice Department investigate whether any of Mr. Cohen’s testimony warrants another charge,” ..... Trump’s former lawyer and “fixer” also allegedly lied to Congress by denying having committed fraudulent acts he later pleaded guilty to and by claiming that he had “blind loyalty” to the then-president.
Comer and Jordan pointed out that prosecutors actually found evidence Cohen “expected to be given a prominent role and title in the new administration” of Trump.

Interesting... who was he lying to protect? Why didn't the Justice Department go after him in 2019?
Wasn't it Jordan who refused to honor a Congressional subpoena during the Congressional hearing?
This request was not sent by unbiased sources, but by sources who are involved in the mess.

Jordan was subpoenaed by an illegitimate and unconstitutional committee.... he would not be required to...

 

Considering Gym Jordan is still in contempt of Congress himself yes!

 

Why was it illigitimate and unconstitutional, It was a recognized congressional investigation just like the one you are referencing in this post.
