    This isn't made up at all. Operation Chokepoint is a real DOJ program that targets not only gun dealers but a wide range of industries the DOJ arbitrarily and capriciously singles out for extra-judicial punishments.

    Completely wrong. Please spare us your uninformed opinions. The Obama DOJ has been pressuring banks to cut off financial services to industries it deems to be at "high risk" for fraud and other criminal activities, despite the fact all these industries are perfectly LEGAL and PRESUMED INNOCENT, a presumption the Obama DOJ summarily tosses out the window when it singles them out for extra scrutiny and punishment.

    Doesn't anyone remember that Obama said he would work on gun control in the background? Operation Chokepoint is an example.

    I am afraid this time it is not I who is uninformed. The DOJ is pursuing action against banks only, and only for predatory lending practices.

    That has nothing to do with Operation Chokepoint. Unfavorable 'legal' businesses with good credit have had their lines of credit revoked for no reason. They just all happen to be gun manufacturers.

    Perfectly legal is questionable. The banks themselves elected to terminate their relationship with certain industries to avoid having to continue to cooperate with and be scrutinized by the feds when it came to certain types of businesses.

    1) Your inferred claim that one needs religion to be moral is your first fallacy. Skippy :)

    2) Your claim about not abusing "Gods Creatures" contains a fallacy and a nonsensical claim.

    1) Classical liberalism, the ideology the founders based much of the constitution, has with both a system for law and morality that has nothing to do with religion.

    2) You have given no proof that all creatures were created by God so this claim is fallacy. (Assumed Premise)

    The nonsense is your claim in relation to not abusing Gods creatures. If there is a God, and God created all creatures, then it is God that intended that some creatures abuse others.

    The one immutable truth about our lives as humans is that we need to kill life in order to survive.

    3) "All law is based on someone's morality" - I think this is a fair statement but this morality does not have to come from religious belief.
